Jessie Martinez represents Donna Miceli at 240 Marlborough Street and the two of them are really unprofessional. They don't understand business asking for 1099 and W2s from self employed people. They demand to see confidential tax returns which violates contracts. They gossip about previous tenants. They advertise the apartment in a dishonest way describing the way the apartment looks unrealistically skipping broken bathroom tiles, broken blind controls, bad lighting, and a dwarf sized loft with a double bed crowded on three sides with a cut up fake Oriental carpet as flooring.
