The En Forma Team takes your Health and Safety very seriously! Cleanliness and all other measures are being followed and enforced according to the CDC Guidelines. Mask Wearing is not required for Vaccinated Clients! At En Forma Fitness Center, we will NOT be asking if you received the vaccine or not.

For as long as I can remember I've had a "tummy" and no number of crunches, sit ups, planks, etc. seemed to make a difference. My very first session with Delfina, we established that for whatever reason (laziness?) my abs didn't properly engage and my lower back was doing all the work when I attempted those exercises. No wonder they weren't working!!
