Body & Soul Senior Fitness was created to help senior adult's live strong, productive and independent lives. From its beginnings we have worked to develop programs that would help seniors become physically stronger, challenge them mentally, and work to provide them with opportunities to serve the community.

Socializing is a big part of the program, whether it is attending a monthly lunch, joining together for fitness class or enjoying a talk or art project by some our local professionals. It is our hope that as they attend weekly classes they will become more confident, that they will laugh more and find all the joy that life has to offer.
Services
Body & Soul Senior Fitness offers classes that include seated chair exercises, low impact aerobics, resistance training as well as mind/body and balance work. Yoga, Pilates and other specialty exercises are also included in class. Our classes can be found in local church facilities and other places where seniors gather.
Body & Soul Senior Fitness is blessed by the wonderful support of many great people. The senior adults we are able to reach and the programs they enjoy would not be possible without the support of these amazing individuals. Thank You for giving of your time, talents and financial support. If you would like to be a donor, please use the form at the bottom of the page.
The following are just a few of the many sites to visit for information on senior health and wellness issues. Reduces cholesterol levels by raising your HDL (good cholesterol) and reduces your risk of developing high cholesterol. Regular exercise done at a low to moderate level 3-5 times a week will enhance work performance, enjoyment of everyday activities and provides energy and joy for living. Exercise does not have to be hard or complicated.

Amazing atmosphere for seniors. An opportunity to socialize, exercise, laugh, engage in fundraising/community involvement, meet new friends, and serve The Lord. I highly recommend this. Silver Sneakers membership also available.
