I hired WhiteheadFink Elder Law LLC to help with the process of setting up and managing my late father's estate account after my father passed away. I could not ask for more professional and helpful service. They guided me through every step of the process: from the initial setup to the final closure. Mollie Whitehead patiently explained everything and was always available in case of questions. Her organization of everything that needed to be done was perfected to an art form. I feel that her services were worth every penny I paid.

I would like to give a huge thanks to Mollie and her team for helping me with my probate issue. I was up against 2 siblings trying to sell my deceased mothers home against her wishes of keeping it in the family.
Mollie worked with me to keep me focused as the process was very emotional. Mollie never gave up on me even when it seemed as there was no way to overcome the challenges I faced.
Through many ideas and suggestions Mollie help me save my mothers home from being sold. Let me say this much at least, if you are looking for professional and knowledgeable representation you have arrived.

Had a unique real-estate problem occur after my late wife's death. Spoke to two other law firms, both of which told me how complex, lengthy and costly it would be to resolve the issue. Decided I would seek one other opinion. Explained my situation and in 10 minutes agreed to have Whitehead and Fink solve the problem. They gave me the option of an hourly rate or a flat fee, both way less than other estimates. They quickly resolved the issue, keeping me constantly updated until the end. Very professional Attorneys with great communication skills.

In April during Covid-19 quarantine, I searched for a lawyer who might school me on estate planning. I called Mollie Whitehead, left a message and received a prompt phone call the next day. She spent quite a lot of time with me answering questions I had related to wills, trusts, power of attorney for health and/or property and deeds. Her answers were clear enough for me to make an informed decision about what I wanted to do. During the month long process and even after the documents were signed, Mollie answered promptly all my emails or calls. Mollie, her partner Elizabeth Fink, and Rosanna are

Mollie Whitehead is an outstanding attorney. I interviewed several attorneys before I talked with Mollie, and after speaking with her for just 15 minutes I was sure she was the one I wanted to hire. She is extremely knowledgeable about elder law and has the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear and concise language. I have worked with Mollie for almost two years as the administrator of a complex guardianship case that I managed largely from out of state. Mollie has always been available when I had questions and always provided me with thoughtful, accurate and wise counsel. She is efficient

I worked with Mollie to establish a will and trust for our family. She was very patient with all of our questions, providing detailed information on the phone and by email. In person, she was just as helpful, walking us through every section of the complicated documents, and patiently fielding questions before moving on to the next section. If you're looking for estate planning, Mollie was very easy to work with. I'd happily recommend her to friends looking to do the same.

Mollie could not be bothered with my guardianship case and largely dismissed my requests for help citing the broken nursing home system. She withdrew from my case based on her own assumptions instead of communicating with me; she was annoyed by my case. Shortly afterwards, my brother wrongly gained independence and died three days after leaving Glen Crest Nursing Home, a nursing home that is severely broken.

Mollie and her staff were polite, efficient and such a pleasure to work with. From the first contact and all the way through the process of writing a will for my mom was outstanding. Mollie was very accommodating to my mom, myself as well as my sisters. She broke down all of the legal mumbo jumbo and interpreted into language my mom could understand. The entire process was quick and painless, definitely recommend her and her team!!

Please Read HONEST Review:
Elizabeth gave me a call back, and her pricing was very affordable I will give her that. But her attitude was of upmost disgust. Honestly, no other way to describe her.... disgust.
I was inquiring about a specific deed and she was pressuring me to do a quit claim. I mentioned to her more then once that this is not the type of deed I was looking into.
Her entire tone was rude and belittling. She then decided to LIE and tell me Chicago doesn't do gift deeds. It wasn't until I mentioned that I spoke to multiple attorneys in Chicago that mentioned they do

Molly Whitehead is a dedicated professional who truly cares about her clients and serves there legal needs compassionately and effectively. I was fortunate to have Molly on my side while dealing with sensitive family elder estate issues. She consistently delivered positive results which would have resulted in very negative results without her legal and interpersonal relationship skills. I strongly recommend Molly, and WhiteheadFink Elder Law and I will again use there top quality services if needed in the future.

WhiteheadFink Elder Law did an exceptional job with helping my husband and I create our estate plan. We were behind the ball in finalizing our plans before the birth of our first child, and had no experience with this type of planning. Mollie and Elizabeth were helpful (and patient!) in walking us through the process, the decisions that needed to be made, providing information on how to make those decisions, and the steps we needed to take to have all of our paperwork in order. They made what could have been a difficult process painless, and because they walked us through the process so clearly
