The mission of Phoenix Fitness and Training is to provide people the environment to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle by providing a holistic approach for the on-going growth of the experienced and developing athlete. We are always guided by our commitment to quality, community and opportunity.

We offer quality research and experience-based coaching. We aim to inspire, motivate and challenge each other and our clients to live out a healthy lifestyle in pursuits of their goals. Services
All throughout his own racing career, Doug has never lost his passion for coaching and helping people improve and grow both athletically and personally. Doug has been coaching for the past 30 years and over his coaching career, Doug has helped countless athletes connect with a vision, enhance their passion and provide them with the tools and training to be successful in their respective activities.
Data shows that consumers are seeking health-conscious, locally-crafted, and unique products at accelerating rates. In fact, more and more consumers are basing their patronage decisions on these factors alone! Circle Kombucha takes this seriously. We are focused on making healthier options accessible, enjoyable and affordable to build a Midwest Feel Good community.
To be the best athlete we need to be strong, stable and have the best range of motion in our sport-specific movements. This class will build on these foundations as we primarily focus on the runner, cyclist and swimmer. Movement Conditioning classes reconstruct the athlete, developing fundamental balance, strength, and flexibility across key muscle groups.
MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER - The Phoenix Fitness and Training training group schedule is focused on triathlon, running and bike racing. All are welcome throughout the week as we plan workouts and group practices to accommodate all paces. Weekday runs are typically tempo, hill repeat or interval focused.
The Phoenix Elite program is our most involved coaching service. These athletes have the highest expectations for their performances throughout the year and want a more in-depth involvement from their coach in the planning, evaluation and adjustments to a training plan on a weekly level.

This coaching level has the Loft Platinum Membership with all-inclusive access: In addition to 2 hours of face time with a Coach, which can be used for testing, planning, development, exercise coaching, your workouts are posted in Training Peaks.You will also have ongoing Functional Movement screenings and corrective exercises if necessary.

Great family place with awesome programming for all ages and family types. Food is fantastic and Thursday night dinners are a great weekly gathering for friends and families!
