I would say RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM WHAT EVER THESE "LAWYERS" SAY....Use caution. After many months and nothing was done for me after my car was totaled, I called today and told them they were FIRED!. All six MrIs indicated I either needed a surgeon or a specialist. All I got from this firm were referrals to Chiropractors..Exasperated,after 6 months of no referrals to a legitimate doctor, I asked, "If a person is run over by a car, do you send them to a Chiropractor?" I tried for a week to get ahold of my insurance company and the other driver involved in the accident I was in nothing nothing but 0 answers and a lot of time on the phone.. I got mad on Sunday 7 days later call Jacob And within 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon one of the staff from his office came out to my apartment talked with me to pictures of my car filled out the paperwork and within 4 to 5 days my car was in the shop getting fixed and I had a rental to get back-and-forth to work.

I was in a bad accident in 2021 where we were T boned and the car was totaled. A friend referred me to call Jacob to assist with my next steps. They responded immediately and I was put in touch with Lillie and she also text with me when I had quick questions. UPDATE #2: Last real update was December 15th. I inquired again, and was answered on New Years that I would be contacted. No update in 10 days. My case has plateaued. Insurance has already taken fault. We are still awaiting "paperwork" from medical and insurance, is my guess. Not a bad review, just an honest update so far.

My Mom and I were in a car accident December 2019 and our case wasn’t settled until 2021. I was finished with my case in 2020 but was told I had to wait for my Moms case to finish. During the whole process we went through 3 case managers. Our first case manager was great but the other 2 were horrible. The last one Marguerita was horrible. She rarely returned your phone calls and always rushed you off the phone with the poor excuse why your case wasn’t finished. I had to continue to call and get updates on my case. It was like if I didn’t call them they wouldn’t call me. My Mom complained

Back in early October 2021 I had Jacob Emrani to help me in an accident case. This is my first time experience when it came to dealing with a major accident involving my vehicle. Mr. Emrani himself called me personally to insure me that we are moving forward to getting my case done. I have called/emailed this place several times for an update on my case. I have been told the same thing; they can get the detailed medical statement for a year. A YEAR? I had medical insurance at the time of my fall and had my insurance cover the bills and emailed them the EOB (Explanation of Benefits). Then about a year later someone from the office calls to tell me "You have no case". Ok fine. Now I'm getting calls from VIP Jacob client list to see how I'm doing/ feeling and if I want to ask my case manager anything related to the case. Umm... Why? I thought I had no case

Took super long with my case not recommended. Not as responsive as I would have liked them to be. Only spoke with someone every once in a while. 2 years ago I was at a red light and at a complete stop when Bang my car was rear ended. I literally cursed out loud "F***". I thought to myself, "I'm done, without my car I can't work".
