At our initial meeting my goals were simple: to lose weight and look good in a size 8 pair of jeans. SoCal Fit encouraged me to push myself far beyond what I dreamed possible. Group Training & Boot Camps are offered for pay-up-front committed clients that get their friends, family, or co-workers together for a steady dose of exercise.

TRAINING SERVICES include One on one, small group training as well as boot camps and corporate wellness. Our Specialized Programs include Weight Loss, Strength Training, Core Stability, Functional Training Sports Performance, Post Rehabilitation, & Senior Adult Fitness. We bring fitness to you and make it happen any place you need.

During the fitness assessment and evaluation, I will inform you of any possible muscle imbalances and or postural deviations your body shows.

If your struggling with your nutrition start small. Drink lots of water and make sure that you have a healthy breakfast each and every morning.
