Update: Caramel the guinea pig is getting worse. This place still doesn't care. They can save Caramel's life by simply splitting surgery costs between two months, but refuse to do even that. They'd prefer to let animals die than help. It's sad when any sort of doctor is simply looking to make a buck.

This was my first time ever taking an animal of my own to the vet, and they handled everything wonderfully! I highly recommend them for any exotics that need medical care!

Dr. Dan is very and all the people I had contact with were very friendly and patient. When our hedgie was sick suddenly, they evaluated the situation on the phone and was able to schedule her in quickly. As a first time hedgehog owner, we worried had quite a few questions, they took the to listen and answer. I feel at ease knowing that our hedgie will have access to this vary caring team of people when she needs it.

I took my very sick bunny in for care and never once was contacted by the Vet at this clinic. I called several times, and sent emails requesting updates and only got a email back (from the receptionist) saying that my email was passed on. They NEVER once checked in on the health of my bunny. I called in a prescription, but after the lack of contact regarding what might be the real cause of her illness I didn't feel safe going back. I never picked up the meds. NOW the clinic thought the appropriate action would be to call me over and over and over NOT to pick up the medicine or ask why I hadn't

My first visit here, and I have a wonderful feeling about the place! My newly adopted rabbit, Ruby, and I came by for our first annual checkup. Everyone was so friendly, answered all of my questions and took a good look at Ruby. I hope we don't have reason to go back soon, but I know they'll take good care of us when we do return.

This place is amazing!! I had called on a whim to get my bunny spayed (when a different vet was incredibly rude to me), and they had an opening that same week! It was super easy to set up the appointment, the staff was really nice, and everything went really well during the procedure making this place the best vet I've been to! You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and every animal they see.

I have a Myer's Parrot, that needs his beak trimmed bi monthly, Dr. Bennett does a more then excellent job. I used to have his beak trimmed at another clinic, and it was cheaper, but the job Dr. Bennett is far superior. I found her name in the paperwork I received when I adopted the little guy, and I am so glad I switch. I believe she is one of the top Parrot Doctors in our area. I live in Federal Way, and she is well worth the drive. I had lab work done when I first got him, and then it was done again when I switch to Dr. Bennett. The lab work Dr. Bennett did was a lot more complete. I am so thankful

Friendly, professional, and able to provide all the necessary care for my tiny hedgehog. Currently doing door drop off due to the pandemic but they still do just as wonderful of a job and are excellent providers for exotic animals! They do book up a few weeks out so make your appointment early.
