Ben Slingsby is my home-buying hero! I knew buying a home during a pandemic would be a challenge but between historically low inventory, a contract that fell through a week to close due to an irresponsible selling agent, and an absolutely nightmarish HOA president, we encountered more than the usual stumbling blocks. Through it all Ben was consummately professional, always communicative, and incredibly supportive and encouraging. I feel like I hired a real estate agent and got a therapist and a new friend all for one low price!
