We - Stephanie and Lyrica - founded Unlock Seattle Real Estate to build a non-traditional "mom and mom" shop that redefined real estate and allowed us a higher level of client service. Untethered from the fees and limitations of bigger-name brokerages which bound our early years as agents, we set out to attract a team of smart, think-outside-the-box agents who thrive under pressure and aren't afraid to have a little fun along the way.

Services
Unlock Seattle team members like getting our hands dirty. From rolling up our sleeves and helping with a kitchen refresh before your listing goes live, to scrambling into a crawl space with your home inspector - no task is outside our job description. Though we lead a far less glamorous (hard hat required, lipstick optional) version of our own HGTV show, we have toured thousands of homes and spent countless hours in the aisles of Home Depot.
We understand that our job description goes beyond helping clients buy or sell a home. Coach, consultant, therapist, giver of big hugs, keeper of Kleenex - these titles are a tad more accurate than the ones on our business card. Purchasing or selling a home is a huge, life-changing decision, and we're with you every step of the way.
Outside of our work in real estate, we are committed to having an impact in our community through volunteer and donor involvement in various organizations. Whether it is helping combat homelessness, supporting LGBTQ youth through scholarships, participating in foster care programs, or cultivating relationships with other small business owners who also support equality and diversity - we believe in giving back.

Unlock Seattle is amazing, we would highly recommend working with these ladies! As first time homebuyers, we didnt really know what to expect, we had a limited budget, and were using the WA state first time homebuyers program for down payment assistance. We were a little freaked out about everything at first, but Gerene really made us feel comfortable, we trusted her a lot and she did an amazing job working with us. Stephanie and Lyrica have been amazing agents to work with. They have helped us with multiple deals throughout the years and at times have known what we needed/wanted before we did. First off, wow, you're going to have so much fun with these ladies. I purchased my very first place this year and I could not have had a better experience with Lyrica and Stephanie. Even with my limited budget I always felt like I was their only client and they were always available show me properties and answer my unlimited questions via text, email and phone calls. The market may be really tough but they had my side and always my best interests in mind. When it came to negotiations the attention to detail really paid off as they are extremely thorough with contracts. I cannot recommend

These ladies are the best!! I found them the hard way! They were on the other side buying the property I was selling...yes they won I sold the place but for less money. They have stellar negotiating skills that had our real estate agent scared. Needless to say I have bought 2 houses with them and sold one. They will forever be my agents and I hope you never get on the other side of these ladies!!

Unlock Seattle was superb in helping us find the perfect house. Their hard work and patience over a 9 month period of searching was amazing. They really understood what it was we were looking for and didn't waste any time showing us homes that they knew would not be a good fit. In 2006, I began to work with a rookie realtor named Lyrica Smith. Lyrica was attentive, easy to work with, aggressive, took care of every detail and - ultimately - made me money and put me into a great new home. She became a trusted friend and someone I knew I could count on.
