These are all words that come to mind when I reflect on our experience working with Myrick in the spring of 2021 as we explored buying a new home in SF/Marin. While my partner and I had each lived in SF for decades and we were interested in exploring options here we also wanted to explore our options in Marin as well. Myrick asked all the right questions to understand what we were looking for and helped us prioritize the features of a new home that mattered most to us.

Looking for a home

Buying your first home is always a daunting process, but Myrick made the experience not only smooth but also so enjoyable! We met him over the summer of 2021 and he was immediately kind, friendly and sincerely willing to help with our search. Selling your home and investment property is an emotional and stressful time (2-unit building in Duboce Triangle, SF.) However, Myrick, was an amazing professional and made the selling process smooth and painless. The overall result was that because of Myrick's professionalism, creative strategic planning (marketing/pricing) and flawless execution, I received multiple offers within two weeks and closed over asking, during a pandemic, in 30-days!! Myrick was my saving grace in finding the right home for me and came highly recommended from a colleague who had rave reviews about him. As a first time home buyer who started working with the first agent she talked to at an open house, I felt stuck and couldn't figure out why the process felt confusing and scary. Myrick is sensational!

When my wife and I were relocating back to the Bay Area, I gave Myrick a call on a whim, since I met him during a tennis league some time ago. We had a tall task ahead of us. We were moving across the country with our two sons (5 mo. and 2 yrs. old), we didn't have a long-term rental, and we wanted to buy our first house in a hot, hot seller's market.
