What is Talk Therapy Center: Talk Therapy Center is a group private practice of mental health providers that offers individual, family, and couples counseling services. Whether you are struggling in relationships, finding it difficult to stay in the internal thunderstorm, or are being haunted by the shadows of painful memories, we can start you on the journey of finding calm and alignment with your life.
Our staff provide traditional hour long sessions over both in person and virtual settings which make it convenient to schedule even amongst your most busy days. Is therapy for me: Many of our clients choose to wait to get therapy until their experience of life and relationships become unbearable. If you're in that boat, thanks for taking the step to start looking for a therapist.

Services
Talk Therapy Center was established by Jason Temple and his colleagues as a call to action from past clients. This call to action surfaced while working at Loma Linda University Behavioral Medicine Center where it was discovered that multiple clients who struggled to find relief from symptoms of trauma and abuse were unable to find community therapists who specialized in this work.
At Talk Therapy Center of Riverside we provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the form of individual, couples, and family sessions.
Groups will be developed according to need with the primary focus being: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group for emotional control and relationship skills, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) group for learning how to challenge and change thoughts and actions in order to alter emotional states, and Trauma/Abuse groups for receiving support and learning how to recover from traumatic and abusive events.

Horrible experience!!! I got referred to them through Kaiser and was sent the intake paperwork by Savannah. I replied back to the same email as instructed with everything filled out a week prior to my appointment that was to be on a Sunday. I didn't get any contact from the office until 215pm on Friday that they hadn't received my paperwork. I replied back saying I'd sent it and tried calling the office leaving a voicemail at 4pm. No response. Sunday comes with the appt and silence from Talk Therapy Center but Kaiser had sent me a link for the little assessment before each appt.

I've been in therapy for like 11 years and Jason Temple, the founder of TTC has been one of the few, ever, to really help me get on the path to healing.
Most of the 1:1 therapy providers I've worked with in the past had trouble navigating how to deal with the deeper complexities of trauma and their approaches would reactivate everything and I would slowly become worse and worse in treatment.
His approach of visualization therapy and him not pushing me to repetitively talk through / revisit the details of my traumatic experiences over and over has been incredibly helpful. Oh he&apos

Been a client here for almost 2 months with weekly sessions. Everything started out great, I appreciate Dr Jasmine and all she did to help me - although stating my husband and I got married fast (dated a couple of years) threw me off.
Noticed the bill to my insurance had gone up $25 although my payment hadn't changed, when I called I was told not to worry about it because it doesn't affect how much I pay. That's great, but I feel the client should be notified if session fees go up despite not affecting your portion of the bill.
I also missed one phone session (a prior appointment ran over and
