Kate was very patient with us as we worked for many, many months on our search for a home. It was always very easy to contact Kate and she was very responsive to any questions we had. I normally am not a fan of aggressive brokers but I was concerned about working with the subordinates of the other referred or competing broker Alan Shafran, rather than Alan himself, and Alan's estimated sale price was low or equal to what I purchased the home for, probably a low ball price to get an easy sale.
