Dentist Dr. Hajizi was very nice and knowledgeable and had a real warmth for my son. My son has special needs and he treated him with respect and dignity. The front office person was very kind and professional making the appointments for my son. Now…I felt a bit stressed regarding the women that collects the payments and refers you to their/ her “choice” referral dr’s moving forward. Very aggressive kind of like signing on the dotted line with buying a car. Love this Dental office. Brenda is the sweetest, She always greets everyone with such a pleasent attitude and she makes you feel so comfortable. And Tammy is always helping with any questions I may have.. The Dr and the girls in the back make you feel so comfortable also. I highly recommend this office.

Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. When some companies fall short and get a bad review they go out of their way to make it right. Not Advent Dental they double down on their mistake and refuse to help you. I was told and I quote, "you gave us a bad review so we are not not going to help you." I am very disappointed in your practice administering a cost of $10 for your PPE. I have been a patient of yours since 2015. I cancelled my cleaning appointment with you on 5/28/2020 yesterday. I was not even offered the option that you would waive the $10 fee you want to impose on the public. As a result, you lost out on the cost of the treatment, and I'm not sure if others will follow, but I will not be coming back to your office because you wanted to charge $10 for PPE. What's worse?

I have been a patient of Dr. Hejazi's for almost 10 years. I was recommended to him by a coworker of mine to get a second opinion on a tooth my original dentist wanted to put a crown on. I had already had this 1st dentist put 3 crowns on and was thinking something was not right because she kept doing crowns on me. This dentist gets one star because zero stars is not an option. My 12 year old daughter was a new patient, and they wanted to start with x-rays. We were told that they parents could only stay in the front/waiting area until the x-rays were done. We thought okay what could go wrong. My daughter came back scared and almost in tears. I have been going here for years. Dr. Hejazi is very thorough and he and his staff are RIDICULOUSLY gentle. They are so gentle that I sometimes wonder how good a job they do since I was used to walking out with a sore mouth after an overly-aggressive cleaning, but not here. I used to work at a dental office, but I'm still super nervous when I have work done. Dr. Hejazi applied an expert block to my right side, numbing me flawlessly with no pain from the three injections (it takes a lot to get me numb).

Dr.Hejazi is very professional and skilled. The only critique I'd give is while he was drilling my tooth, remnants from inside my mouth were spraying all over my face, near my eyes. I requested for a pair of goggles if it wasn't too much of a bother, and they were compliant. His assistant is kind and helpful, but a bit rough on my gums.

Dentist was a nice guy, dental assistant was great, they cleaned my teeth, a few minutes behind schedule, no biggie, and then set an appointment for next time.
Straightforward, no hassles, easy. I had nothing complicated going but I can say I was pleased with the "happy case" at Dr Hejazi's office and would recommend him to others looking for a dentist :-)
