We're proud announce that we provide minimally invasive surgery using endoscopy for many routine procedures. For instance, it is now possible to sterilize your female dog or cat by performing an endoscopic ovariectomy instead of the traditional spay or ovariohysterectomy. The first time I ever came I had such amazing service and I am still great full to the staff that helped me when I found my first baby. The times after I didn’t like the service and I had a hard time coming back. Just recently I brought another baby in and at first I wasn’t sure if I liked the environment or if I was just in distress. They helped my baby to the best of their ability on just short notice. I appreciate the help I had and I don’t regret taking him there. I was helped when there was no one else there. My baby unfortunately passed but they made him as comfortable as possible and

Needed shots for our 2 dogs as we moving and plan to board our dogs. Called and they were able to see us the same day and administer the vaccine our dogs needed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the dr and her staff was kind enough to shave off the sticky burrs from our dogs faces.

Very safe environment. They have a temperature check and hand sanitizer before signing in. I almost had the waiting room to myself. It was the best, all you have to do is call for your appointment time. Then you let them know if you want to wait outside for your baby pets to be done or go in, like me.

The veterinarians do a good job but the front desk employees make a lot of clerical errors. One time they misspelled my name so bad with such a ridiculous typo that they couldn't find my pups records. Another time they quoted me wrong and when it came time to pay for my dogs surgery I had to pay an extra $100 I didn't know about because of their mistakes. Another time they sent me a few emails and reminder texts saying my appointment was at 8:35 and they called me the day before to tell me it was actually at 7:30. They also called me in the middle of the day to instruct me to take away

The prices here are outrageous! I called and they told me $175 for teeth cleaning. When I took my dog they gave me an estimate of $565.90 and then charged me $32 for simply LOOKING at her teeth. To add a spay with it, it was $700.
If you need great prices and service check out West Texas Veterinary Services. They're amazing and have affordable prices. The teeth cleaning and spay that I was quoted here at $700 cost me $190 there.

I just want to say that I’m completely grateful for this clinic. Our baby, William, was attacked and killed and we were absolutely devastated. However, the members at this clinic were incredibly gentle and… gracious with helping us cremate and say our final goodbyes. The sympathy card with our baby’s prints, the little cast ornament, the treatment and service, everything exceeded our expectations and they really made us feel important, made us feel that William was important. He wasn’t just a pet, he was family and they treated him as such. With tears in my eyes but so

The receptionists are very nice and the vet techs are wonderful and full of information, but the doctor that attended us was horrible, walked in for 2 minutes listened to my dogs heart looked at his ears and only spoke to tech not to us. The doctor did not introduce herself I had to ask the receptionist what her name was. She wanted wanted to order several test and when I asked her what they were she said the tech would tell us and give me estimate. We went in because our pet was coughing. I don't know if the doctor understands that her services are not free and she is not doing me a favor

I haven't even met the vets, but the receptionist is horrible. Very poor customer service skills and unprofessional. She is always rude and dismissive. I hope the rest of the personnel is better, but having someone like the receptionist be the first representation of the clinic is not a good thing. Speaks poorly of the organization. It is evident she hates her job.

This place was crowded, but worth the wait on Black Friday. The doctor and staff were very professional! With the proper medications my dog was fine in several days. Yes, I would recommend this place to others, brought my cats here several years ago. They also give discounts on vaccinations during the weekend!

I've actually been here many years ago when they were located on Chelsea but then they moved and decided to take my dog to another clinic when he got sick. I'll save you the horrible experience of said clinic (or you can read the review on Eastwood Animal Clinic's yelp profile). Anyway, back to Montana Animal Clinic... as soon as I walked in the door, the receptionist immediately remembered who I was, I hadn't been there since 2013! My dog got a gash on a Sunday afternoon. The only place that picked up AND accepted a walk in. Not only was the staff friendly, but they also worked with me. Amazing and kind people. Took my dog in around 2 and got her back around 4:30. Again, amazing people. If anything happens, Taking my pets here in the future.

From the first phone call to the last goodbye, EXCELLENT SERVICE! Yay! All week long I had trouble getting an appointment with a vet but I don't think I waited more than twenty-minutes to be seen AND that's only because there was an emergency situation which was brought in as I sat down in the lounge. The Doctor, I'm sorry I can't remember her name but it started with a "Shta" I think? Was very helpful, answered all my questions, and provided me with a litany of reading material concerning my dogs disease. I mostly interacted with June who has an excellent bedside

Dr. Shlieter is an amazing knowledgable vet that will work with you on anything your pet needs. You can tell she puts her clients before everything in her life. She is updated on latest treatments and knows what's best for your pet. Best thing is the few times she doesn't know or is uncomfortable, she proudly refers you to someone who can definitely help your pet. Dr. Shlieter does her job well, her staff on the other hand need a bit more training on good customer service and pet handling.
