I wish i could give this place zero stars. the management was nice when we first moved in, but they had switched after few months of living here. the new management has been so terrible that i will NEVER recommend these apartments to ANYONE. They do not go with the rules of your lease, they just care about the money, and they have charged for renters insurance even when we had paid for our own beforehand. The people in the leasing office are rude and seem like they have no customer service (or even common decency) whats so ever. Again, i’ll never recommend this place to anyone. im severely disappointed

I’ve had the worst experience of my life living here. I have never given such low rating to any other apartment I’ve ever lived at. Moved in hoping google reviews would prove me wrong but regretted it so much.
1. Apartments: They’re modern looking from the outside but the appliances in the apartment aren’t as new compared to other apartments with similar prices.

I’ve only been here a month, but so far I’m loving it. Management is on top of their game and really friendly, when I had an issue with my fan maintenance took care of it within a few hours, and I’m in a middle unit on the 3rd floor but I can’t hear any of my neighbors or the people above me.

The maintenance have been incredibly nice and quick. We had issues with our ice maker and they were in the apartment the next day working on it. Management has been good to work with. There was an issue with our ledger and management took the time to listen and correct the issue. The apartments are spacious in the living room and kitchen. The aesthetics of the apartment are nice. Parking can be challenging if you don't have an assigned (paid) spot, which I highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed living here at Axio 8400. The staff has been friendly and the apartment space is beautiful. The amenities are really good. I enjoy the apartment gym - it has more equipment then any other complex I've seen. I highly recommend living here. I really love the mountain views from my apartment.

When I moved in I ignored all of the bad reviews, and I regret that so much. There were break-ins and police around constantly. When I moved in there were lots of issues in my space, which management took months to fix (everything is very cheap). My contract said that I could move out early if I replaced myself with someone else, but when I tried that, management said that while it does say in the contract that they can allow that, they don't, and they were very rude and unhelpful, so I had to stay the remaining 3 months of my contract. When it was time for me to move out, I did, and they told
