The Kitchen
The idea for The Kitchen came from a vision of a restaurant that would provide something different - a refined, yet casual establishment that would provide modern cuisine with a comforting twist. The cuisine at The Kitchen embraces Asian influence and ingredients including the freshest fish, meats and seasonal vegetables.

The presentation is clean, simple, natural and uncomplicated. The beautiful and elegant architecture of the building mirrors the contemporary concepts in the food. Enjoy a large outdoor deck during the long summer nights or warm up in the cozy main dining room in winter.

Our party of six really enjoyed our dinner tonight. Front of house was friendly and attentive. And kitchen was on top of their game.
Drinks, starters entrees, and dessert were all excellent.
I ordered the Romaine Salad and Lamb Chops with Grits (pictured) and loved both!

Food is ok but which makes it worse is that the pictures we have seen in previous reviews are very different from what it really is. Maybe they changed their chef recently? The papaya salad is hard to chew, only has papaya and carrots and I don’t think it worth the price. Pork bun is fine which is the only dish that satisfied everyone this time.

Amazing restaurant slightly out of the way so it wasn't as crazy as the other restaurants in the area. The food was perfectly balanced, nothing too spicy, pickled, or greasy I was very pleased and impressed, the potato chip pie for dessert was also a great recommendation as well!

Amazing meal from start to finish! The New Zealand Red Deer was scrumptious and so well prepared. The potato chip pie was a cross between a cookie pie and pecan pie with potato chips for saltiness but so good! Very unique meal overall and they had a 2 for 1 special when I was there for a I got a second meal for a donation to a charity which was a cool concept! Wait staff were very kind and the inside had a nice feel to it.

Nice ambience. friendly staffs.
Food is good for some menu( like halibut, deer).
However, The asian menu doesn’t taste like asian food. Ramen looks good at a glance but it is so Bland. The ramen soup doesn’t have flavor at all.

Way to expensive for the smallest amount of ramen noodle and burger over $20 and New Zealand deer meat over $40. deer meat is ok, but not as tasty as the tiny amount of beef in the noodle soup. Noodles themselves need to have flavor. But it is good for diet control. Most important price wise it should show at least 3 stars.

We loved our dinner at The Kitchen...everything delicious. My favorite was the the crab cake with aioli....one of best I’ve ever had! The halibut and red snapper entrees also excellent. Only somewhat disappointed with vegan cheesecake....not bad but not remotely close to cheesecake.

Delicious birthday dinner! With a RESY reservation, we were seated immediately and greeted by a chipper waitress. Her knowledge of the individual dishes on the menu was very impressive and she was able to recommend perfect meals for both myself and my husband. We had the bao to start, short rib ramen, short rib dinner, and followed with a birthday sticky rice mango brûlée. The ribs were fall-apart tender and not too fatty. The rice was a little off, could have used a little more salt. The ramen was delicious, per my husband’s input. But what really topped the whole meal was the mango sticky
