Inspired by time spent in Tuscany and throughout Europe, the concept of Bin22 was imagined by owner Gavin Fine as a way to offer something different in the Jackson Hole culinary scene - a small wine shop, grocer and tapas bar experience like the ones he had enjoyed so much in Italy. This inspiration, coupled with his desire to personalize the wine buying experience for guests manifested into the intimate space of Bin22.

Keeping true to these roots, the restaurant features a small wine and tapas bar in the back of an expansive bottle shop. The back restaurant serves European-style small plates, an ever-changing selection of wines by the glass and draft craft beers. The Bin22 restaurant and bottle shop join to provide a multi-faceted culinary experience to guests, from in-restaurant dining to personal wine buying.
Services
Bin22 General Manager, Eric Lippert, was first introduced to the wine business through experience in the restaurant industry. In 1996 he began his journey as a Wine Buyer.

Many years of tasting wine, training and exchanging knowledge with staff and continuing to build upon this knowledge through educational trips to some of the most historic and notable wine producing areas of the world, Eric has distinguished himself as a relied upon member of the Bin22 vintner team.
Bin22 is part of Fine Dining Restaurant Group, a hospitality group owned and managed by restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman. In business since 2001, Fine Dining restaurants and businesses include Bin22, The Kitchen, Il Villaggio Osteria, Bar Enoteca, The Bistro, Bodega, Bistro Catering, Cream + Sugar ice cream and Bovine + Swine craft meats.
Bin22 features housemade products to take home, from a variable assortment of meats and cheese to ice creams, crackers and housepulled mozzarella. The market at Bin22 transports guests to the small delis and salumerias of Italy, while celebrating the mountain spirit that is uniquely Jackson Hole.

Market products are both thoughtfully crafted and artfully prepared, including Cream + Sugar ice cream, Bovine + Swine craft meats and the same housemade products used in other Fine Dining restaurants, ready to take away and prepare at home or take with you to enjoy on your daily adventure.

Cute, happy hour is nice, only tried one dish prosciutto with mozzarella, dry unfortunately but may have been a one off. Good drinks.

You gotta go here!!! Best meal we had in Jackson and we even at at some swanky places where we spent too much. We started by selecting a great Napa wine then ordered the capocollo, the meatball, the shrimp and the baked brie. All were phenomenal! Highly recommend this place as the friendly helpful staff and cool vibe round out the experience

Food taste okay. Appetizing to my eyes. Didn’t expect the portion of the food for the price… it was too small. The tiniest portion of Paella I have ever had… we ended up going for round 2 in another restaurant.

It's not really a restaurant, it's a small area pushed in the back of a wine store. We were sat next to a big party at the same table and it was kind of uncomfortable. service was decent and the food was good, but lot of items like their appetizers are way too over priced for what the ingredients are and what you get. Over all wouldn't really recommend.

We had just gone hiking and were looking for something good to eat! We both enjoyed Bin22! It seemed very popular as it was quite full when we arrived around 9-9:30 pm. They fortunately had some overflow seating. We ordered the ribeye, grilled lamb chops, patatas bravas, and pesto mozzarella! The patatas bravas were listed as a favorite online but we found it underwhelming. The lamb chops and the pesto mozzerella were our favorites! Waiter was friendly and gave helpful suggestions!

We stopped by here to pick up a couple bottles while waking around Jackson one evening. We thought it was so cute and the menu looked so good we came back for dinner the next night. We didn’t have a reservation and only had to wait maybe 20 mins for a private table. The tapas were all delicious and the wine/beer selection was lovely! Great service and perfect ambiance as we sat outside. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Jackson!

Really good food, we had salmon, paella, shrimp, bravado, and octopus. It was all good. Only problem I think was that their portion was pretty small for the price. For tapas, the price was a bit high. We went during happy hour so 50% off drinks made up for it.

This is a great business model. You can buy your wine at retail. They open it up for you and the order some amazing food. I loved everything. The cheese went well with an amazing bottle of wine. The fresh mozzarella went well with the mushrooms. It was a large dish. The pork belly sliders were solid. I liked the smoked salmon as well. The summer salad was light and refreshing with some added tang of blanched seasoned tomatoes.
Do not miss this place. I went late at 930 pm to avoid the crowds but almost hit the kitchen closing. So go slightly earlier than that.

Wonderful wine and food. Other than lamb chops, every item was excellent. Seafood paella was ok, cooked well with crispy rice, but could use more flavors. Hostess was extremely helpful in getting us in because we had a large group.

We found this restaurant while on vacation and were absolutely wowed! We order a variety of dishes; all of which were delicious! The cheese plate was perfectly placed and the octopus was tender and well seasoned. The steak and grits blew our mind! We are from GA and love our grits. I can honestly say those were the best grits we have ever eaten. Our server was attentive and polite. All the way around a fantastic dining experience!!
