I have to say the Ladies in the leasing office treated us like we were family. When we arrived to our appointment we were greeted by Tammy and Joy. The process of completing the application went smooth because of Tammy’s help. They even answer the phone at 4:57 when the office closest at 5pm. (can you believe that?).

Clean and beautiful property! I really enjoy the peace and quiet here. We moved into Whitney Ranch about a month ago and I want to especially thank the manager Joy Damian for all of her hard work. She did a fantastic job of getting us into our place quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Greg for getting our apartment ready to move into. You guys are amazing. The residents we have met are very nice people and I definitely would recommend living here. The grounds are well maintained. There is plenty of parking spaces available. We couldn't be happier. Thank you again Joy for everything.

Apartments are great. I have seen people trashing the lady that walks around wither her dog a lot and may eat on people but Im not perfect and I don’t hate her; she’s honestly not bad.
Staff is cool other than late responses to maintenance requests and Joy, in the office, holds grudges hard and really enjoys her power.
Other than that it’s a great community for the most part and the apartments are super nice.

80% of the residents DO NOT follow the rules. Bottom line, resident management does little to nothing to enforce the rules. Your lease states what you can get evicted for; never happens. I love my apartment, I love my location. There is great potential here. I wish one of the owners would take a day, come here and do an inside and outside inspection. I know that change would happen.
