New to the neighborhood, a coworker of mine recommended this clinic, so I took both my cats in for their rabies vaccines and an establishing-care checkup. Cats and I were all warmly greeted and welcomed. Both cats have minor health issues, and the vet and the techs listened and were responsive to my questions and concerns. I didn't feel rushed, but they also didn't keep me waiting, or recommend any unnecessary tests or procedures. The clinic is bright and clean, with COVID procedures that are easy to follow. Would highly recommend Heartfelt! I'm so glad I found them.

I’m new to the area. It took a while to find a vet that would accept new patients, and then there was quite a wait, but my girl now has a treatment plan and is feeling much better. The vet was great. The visit was seamless and I was able to be in the room. Thank goodness!

My cat is a patient if record with Heart Felt. When Dr. M owned the clinic the service abd care were top rated, 5 stars.
Now......nope! My geriatric cat is showing signs of the beginning of the end. He needs a blood test. Just a blood draw and quick lab. NOPE! Sorry, they won't see him.until Friday! Crazy, they don't care about anything.
Keep your animals far from here.
I drive to Kelso to see Dr. M. HE ACTUALLY GIVES A DAMN!

Our dog has gone here for a few years now and it's the best. They know my pup as soon as he walks in. The staff is super friendly and always willing to answer my questions. The system to communicate with the office is simple and the responses are so timely. You can always count on amazing guidance and honest recommendations.

We took our new puppy to Heartfelt because they were one of the few vets who could see us in a timely manner. We were very impressed with their safe Covid practices and the care they gave our new puppy. Dr. Zuver called us after the exam and was thorough and answered all of our new puppy parent questions. We were very impressed. They also fell in love with our puppy. Who doesn’t want that?!

Been taking cats to them for two years, always received great service and helpful reminders. Cats always seem comfortable and well cared for. Decided to start bringing my puppy to them too and she's always excited to see the vet. They've also taken coronavirus in stride and continue to provide great service. Will continue as a faithful customer for my pet care.

Heartfelt was the only place that had an opening for my Sammy whose tricky spine had flared. Having recently moved back to pdx from the coast I had yet to establish veterinary care here so was unable to refill a prescription that Sammy needed stat. They squeezed me in and we were soon leaving with meds and a pain free pup. The vet on duty,(forget her name) was careful, thorough and gentle. It’s close in, bright and modern design with a very friendly staff. I’m happy with my new Portland vet.

I brought in Sherlock and he was so comfortable here. Rebecca was so gentle with him and was such a sweet Vet as well. Everyone up front was so kind and even let me get settled in the room a little early. Overall it was a very good experience and everyone there was super knowledge and it was very personable. The visit went very quickly as well, without feeling rushed.
