The goal of our Kids Fitness Programs is to promote a lifetime enthusiasm for exercise and physical activity in kids in a safe and fun fashion. As the parent of two kids and owner of a business that for years has listened to frustrated parents trying to deal with the symptoms of a bigger problem, I saw a big need for a kids gym south.

Services
Our kids Personal training program is designed for kids between 9 and 17 years old. We do make exceptions for kids under the age of 9, but depends on the situation and goals. Our programs, excluding those with special needs, primarily focus on kids who have the capacity to follow directions and need individualized help in particular areas.
Our Kids Sports Specific programs serve a wide variety of purposes. This program is tailored for developing bodies and will help prepare them for another level, while improving their current sport. Because this program is quite structured, we start our Kids Sports Specific one-on-one program at 9 years old.
The "weight" we see on the outside is, more often than not, a "symptom" of several different factors. It isn't always because the child is lazy. Getting your child to be active may pose as a difficult task for some parents. Kids sometimes don't react well to being pushed by their parents. That's where we come in to ease the burden and stress.
Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm. 1 hour of exercise, burning calories in a private, safe enviornment. Call to have your teen reserve thier spot. Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm. 1 hour of exercises focused on getting them active, building strength, muscle tone and developing agility and coorditnation.
Focused for older children and teenagers who have the capacity to follow direction and need individualized help in particular areas. We work with kids who are both athletic and non-athletic, overweight, bullied, sedentary, or have special needs. This program is a little more structured and provides more support.

My daughter tried the private training class this past week and it was PHENOMENAL. She is a dancer and I asked Martha, the trainer, to focus on core...and boy did she!!! I appreciated very much that she took full advantage of all the time. She focused on FORM, which I appreciated greatly and the customer service provided has also been great so far!! I’m very, very happy!!

I had been looking for a kids gym for quite some time and had not had any luck until I found kids fitness. I've been bringing my son to this gym for a little over a month now. Being overweight physical activities were not his favorite. Ever since he started working with Maya that has completely changed. He now looks forward to coming to the gym, working out and learning new skills. Maya has really gotten to know Jonathan and has helped him build his self confidence not by just helping him lose weight but by teaching him skills and sports that he struggled with before and did not think he was capable
