We are ALT Fitness, where your goals are our goals. ALT Fitness is for all ages, all fitness levels, and all personalities. Don't believe it? Look no further than our name. ALT stands for ALL Level Training. We believe that "results" drive everything we do here at ALT Fitness, and so that is our primary focus.

We want to see people run 10 K's, lose 20 lbs, bench press 200lbs, be in the best shape for ski season, and just generally feel better in life. All we ask is that you listen to the trainers and follow our program. All of the trainers at ALT Fitness workout 5 days a week and that's what we expect from our clients.

The staff is amazing, attentive, knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Small space means no crowds, lots of 1:1 support with fun and varied activities to keep workouts fresh. Super clean, too.

I’ve been training here for six years, which probably says something about how much it works for me! I like the variability of the workouts and the accountability from the trainers. The cardio classes are brutal, but I’m always glad I went!

Six weeks. That was how long I gave myself when I first started at ALT Fitness. Working out was never something I did with much regularity or enthusiasm but that all changed once I met Dusty nearly four years ago! Everyone at ALT is great! From all the trainers knowing your name, to the newly updated studio and the personalized approach to your… fitness. You can tell these guys really love what they do and it definitely shows! They hold you accountable and give you the tools to reach whatever your fitness goals are. With Dusty’s help I’ve lost over 20 pounds and am in the best

I have been training at Alt Fitness since March and have thoroughly enjoyed my time and training. I had hit a point in my training where it was stagnant and was not motivating. I'd highly recommend Joe. His training is dynamic, challenging, engaging and really enjoyable. He really focuses on movement and building a solid foundation, he’s the best!

Todd, Dusty and all the trainers at ALT are amazing! They get you fit, while keeping you from injury! They are always improving their systems and training tools so they continue to be at the TOP of their game! I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want to get fit and learn how to use your body more effectively for life ALT is the place for you!

It's not every day you walk into a gym and have all of the trainers greet you by name. The ALT Fitness team go out of their way every time you come in for a workout to make you feel special and revved up for a session. They create personalized workouts and continue to push you at a level you feel comfortable with. It is such a motivating and fun environment and would recommend this gym to anyone- young, old, weak or strong. You won't regret coming in for a training session!

Great personal training. Keeps me motivated and in shape. Nice atmosphere. I've been going for years and can't say enough good things. Fits into my schedule. I hate to lift weights, but I do here. Keeps me strong and fit.

The trainers are motivating, super friendly & approachable. Really enjoy getting to know the other clients in this smaller setting - everyone's so nice! The personal training sessions are challenging, but fun. I'd highly recommend Andrew Gibbons for PT - he's awesome!
