Then during Valentine's Day while I was at my highest weight of 232 lbs., the most I had ever weighed in my entire life, I went to a restaurant and Winery called Coopers Hawk. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends and family. We took pictures, talked and laughed all night. No one knew it at the time, but one particular picture that had been taken triggered something inside me when I saw it.
1,200-calorie meal plan offers healthy nutrition for the individual with weight loss in mind. As with the other TTP meal plans, the 1,200-calorie meal plan is available on a weekly basis, with a 5-week rotating menu to bring variety to your diet. This meal plan provides a daily average of 1,200 calories through 3 portion controlled meals per day, 7 days a week.
Everyone who has gone through a personal weight-loss journey has experienced different emotions. In her rawest form, Tye speaks on different topics, thoughts and situations that we all have gone through. Her video blogs will inspire you as well as challenge you. But in the end you will be motivated to push yourself beyond your limits!

If you're looking for an inclusive environment with fun and intense workouts this is the place for you!

I first started going to LTG last fall, but infrequently. When I started to get serious about my fitness/weight loss journey, I found the support and guidance I needed to get started at LTG!

There are Zumba, Bokwa, Boot Camp, HIIT, and Hip Hop Step classes all through out the week. I go to Zumba faithfully 3-4 times per week and it always makes me sweat. Her cardio classes also include toning and sculpting.

My friend convinced me to join her for a Saturday morning Zumba class at LTG Fitness earlier this year. First off -- I have never been a group instruction, class going, sweat in front of people kinda gal. I was skeptical, but reluctantly agreed as she was celebrating her birthday with a Zumba party. (A Zumba birthday party? Who does that anyway?)

Lemme tell ya. LTG changed my mind. I was HOOKED after one class. There are also Boot Camp, Pound, Dance Fusion, and Kangoo classes offered. Check out the website for info.
