Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a unique therapy system of assisted stretching which focuses on increasing mobility of muscles, joints, and connective tissue. Increased mobility can decrease chronic pain and stiffness, helping to enhance recovery, flexibility, and performance.

With the client on the treatment table, the therapist will help you stabilize your body as you are gently guided into specific stretches to facilitate relaxation, healing movement, and tissue release.This technique involves constant motion and glide through the entire body, moving through the myofascial meridians, therapeutically addressing these movements through gentle traction which grants clients access to limited or unused ranges of motion.

At Pure Power PILATES our mission is to create an environment that is intimate, non-intimidating, and has a friendly atmosphere that offers private and small group training for all levels of fitness. In our busy lives, there is no need to uphold multiple memberships; our Studio offers a variety of training modalities.
Our Pure Power PILATES semi private classes have a maximum of 6 clients to 1 instructor. With small groups, our instructors can ensure that the method of STOTT PILATES 5 basic principles - work together to create intelligent exercise that is both safe and effective. This will enhance skill level and mindfulness, and ensure focus and control, allowing clients to reap the full benefits of this method.
New to Pilates or fitness? Our certified instructors are here to guide you through proper techniques in order for you to get a safe, effective, and fun workout!. Since we like to keep our classes around 6-10 people per instructor, there are limited amount of spots in each class. Please be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time by signing up online.
This Pilates Class is based on STOTT PILATES exercises utilizing the Reformer, Tower, Chair and small equipment. If you have never done PILATES before, we advise scheduling a private session before moving into a group class. A 6:1 maximum Client to Instructor ratio. Learn the fundamentals & proper technique of Pilates on the mat with small equipment, focusing on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness.

Fascial stretch therapy uses a lot of traction, creating more space within joint capsules, and creating an increase in range of motion that can at times be immediate.The client will lay on a cushioned therapy table, the body secured with a comfortable strap and relaxing entirely as the therapist moves the limbs through all angles and ranges.

Tried the cardio bound class and it was SO funn! This class was over an hour, but felt like less than ten minutes!! Loved it 😍

I was nervous to start Pilates. I hadn’t had a workout routine since the birth of my son and was very out of shape. I knew very little about Pilates but lots of friends kept recommending it to me. I started out with two private lessons to get acclimated with the equipment and learn the basics. Every single instructor at P3 has been so welcoming. I have felt encouraged and supported in every class. The group classes are small which allows for personalized help. I’ve been going for about 8 weeks now and i wish my life would allow for me to incorporate Pilates more then the twice a week I’ve

This is a really fun place to exercise! ALL the instructors are top notch lovely people, and guide you if needed so you're actually doing it the right way! It's a really comfortable environment, and lots of modifications are offered so any fitness level can participate! I love those pilates reformers, and the way I feel after each class!! They mix up each class so it's never routine or boring! Go try it!!

My daughter and I joined this studio shortly after they opened this location. In addition to being a great location for us, the variety of workout routines keeps us coming back. The trainers are great - each with their own strengths and personalities, always helpful and supportive in their classes. The owner is hands-on, teaching classes as well as keeping everything organized and in fantastic condition. The clients are supportive and fun to work out with. I also have taken advantage of the weekly nutrition counseling which helps with the accountability that is important for me.

Awesome studio! Small group or individual classes make this a fun environment to get a super workout. Instructors very friendly and knowledgeable. You leave feeling like you have had an excellent total body workout no matter which class you take. Classes are changed up so different muscle groups are strengthened. You have the ability to adjust classes to fit your abilities as well.

I love going to this Pilates Studio. After work I look forward to getting my exercise there. It has become my fitness family. The instructors are amazing and the clients are so much fun. I have been attending for almost 5 years now. Highly recommend.

Wonderful facility to work out, trainers are fun and knowledgeable. They will help you learn how to attain and maintain your fitness goals. Many places have a predetermined program for everyone. Pure Power Pilates will design an individual program for you. They actually teach you how to do the exercises. They also show you modifications based on your level of fitness. Diet and nutrition info available also. This place makes working out actually fun!

Pure Power Pilates in San Diego was a new location for me . I wanted to continue the benefits that I gained from taking classes previous. This program and its leadership offered the opportunity to continue learning and gaining strength in all areas of my body. Better balance, agility, muscle tone, strength have all been gained much to my surprise and now have more confidence in always trying the technique.

I love Lori's studio. The employees, the clients, the location are all perfect for me and my wants in a workout. P3 recently added a massage therapist, Kate. I enjoyed the 15 minute introductory session so much I immediately booked my 50 minute session. Kate was helpful, listened and offered other services to help with the topics we discussed. P3 has also added additional workshops that compliment the work out options and my over all well being. Thank you!
