Dr. Amy Marckese created the Indianapolis DentalSpa in 2004 to change people's attitude about visiting the dentist. The DentalSpa is designed to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed - maybe even forget they're at the dentist. Led by Amy Marckese, DDS, the DentalSpa team has been trained to treat our patients with five-star hotel treatment. Our team consists of an office manager, assistants, hygienists and a full time massage therapist for that pampering we promised you. With over 70 years of combined dental experience, our DentalSpa team has the knowledge to address any of your concerns from dental procedures to financial questions.

I’ve been grateful for the fun and professional services at Dental Spa since soon after their opening, and never more so than today when they worked me in to an already busy day to replace my broken crown. The staff is incredible. They remember you, and are all so kind and helpful! The office itself is beautiful and you feel like you're in an actual spa. While getting treatment you are offered a hand or foot massage, there is a tv that you can watch with headphones, and they have diffusers running so it smells very relaxing as well. The dentist and all of the assistants are so lovely. If you have dentist anxiety, I imagine this place would be ideal for you. Or if you're like me, and you just love spas and being treated like a friend, this is the place for you!

Literally the most incredible experience. This was my boyfriends dentist and he had always spoken so highly of everyone in the office. We are moving and I needed to see a dentist before the move.
Heather got me a last minute cancellation appointment as she knew my schedule is crazy! Today was my first visit and they did not disappoint. From walking in the doors, I was greeted by name and met Heather who was very informative. After an efficient check in process, I was given a brief tour of the office and then settled in my chair for a new patient exam. Mo was amazing. Dr. Amy was excellent. And

Efficient yet gentle, easy to talk to and keeps you well informed of what's going on and what your options are. Coming in is quick and easy, no hassles and you can get a hand or foot massage while you are in the chair. I mean come on. Want a smoothie afterwards, they've gotcha. Snack? They have that too! Scheduling is a breeze- even when I have to reschedule a couple times.

Wow... what an upsetting end to what I thought was an amazing Dentistry. Rude staff, to no Replies to email concerns, to misdiagnosed cavities. What a mess!!

Awful. I had only had one cavity filled before coming to the Dental Spa. My one cavity was filled a year before going to the Dental Spa. On my first visit, I magically had 5 more cavities that needed to be filled. All previous dentists and dentists I've seen since discontinuing going to Dr. Amy have said my teeth are immaculate and I take care of them very well.
After the Dental Spa filled said "cavities", I began to have severe discomfort on the tooth that had already been filled by a previous dentist and refilled by the Dental Spa. They continued to have me in to "fix"

My husband had to come for a quick emergency procedure. was very impressed by the facilities and friendliness of the staff. it's a lot nicer physical location and amenities than our local dentist's office. but will have to see what the overall cost/insurance reimbursement is. Didn't have time to try the foot massage or smoothies, but it was a very good experience.

Dr. Amy is extremely talented and knowledgeable. Her staff is welcoming, kind, and hard-working! My whole family goes to Dental Spa, and we have always been treated exceptionally well. We are made to feel very comfortable and everything is always thoroughly explained. If you want an honest, caring practice where you can feel comfortable with all treatments, procedures, and payments, then Dental Spa is the place for you and your family!

Dr. Amy and her staff are exceptional. The office is clean and comfortable. Following my procedure I had a foot massage and left the office with a smoothie! It really does feel more like a spa than a dentist office. Communication via texts and emails about upcoming appointments was very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend the Dental Spa and Dr. Amy.

A colleague told me about this place a while back and I needed a dentist when my family moved here. After going to Dental Spa I still do. Rough work and a filling that fell out 4 days later had me in pain and upset. They would not replace it unless I paid them again. Nope not paying for your crappy work DS. Cancelled other appointments at DS and found a good dentist. You should do the same.

I've had pretty good teeth for most of my life. A few cavities, nothing major. When I moved to Indy, I needed a new dentist and picked out Dental Spa because it was in my insurance network and close to my home.They immediately diagnosed me with a number of magical new dental problems that my old dentist had never mentioned to me before. At my very first visit, they told me I needed an ultrasonic cleaning (which was expensive and quite painful) and tried to sell me some $160 toothbrush (I declined). Can't compare this to an actual spa visit - I ain't exactly a spa kinda guy - but for a visit to the dentist it doesn't get much better than this. The staff really makes you feel welcome and helps create a soothing environment for something that, frankly, isn't usually a soothing experience.
Dental Spa might warrant a 5-star, but the idea of awarding a rare 5-star rating to a place where they jab around your mouth with sharp metal instruments just doesn't feel right (even if it's done in the least painful of ways).

I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. They will only schedule new patients for a 1:30pm consultation. No exceptions. I tried to explain that will not work with my work schedule and could I have my new patient consultation a different time? I was told no. If you can't make it at 1:30 call us again when you can make it at 1:30. Really??
