As a former deputy district attorney, founding attorney Julia Mezhinsky Jayne has a unique insight into the way the state and federal governments handle criminal charges.

I was arrested and everything, but was cited and released the same night. I consulted with Julia regarding my case which was originally misdemeanors, but was bumped up to felonies!

This is an easy 5 star rating - first off, let me just address if you are reading this, then like me, you were in need of legal consultation. So, with that, let me tell you how increadible Julia was and the Jayne Law Group. I needed consultation for an incident and sent an inquiry on a Sunday via their 24/7 phone line - it was a message service, but they took my info and within the hour (on a Sunday before xmas!!), Julia got back to me. If I could give Julia more than 5 stars I would give 1000. She did such an amazing job handling my brothers case., which was a very difficult one. She kept us well updated on everything that was going on. She treated us great and besides the mistake of my brother she treated him like a human being and that is what we loved the most. Hired Julia through finding her on Yelp with glowing reviews. We did NOT use her Yelp deal, and hired her to get a case dismissed with the DA.
I understand why everyone says she is easy to talk to - she has to be in order for you to hire her. Classic salesman tactics.
We hired her with the understanding she was going to speak with the DA to attempt to dismiss our case. Subsequently, we were told the case was dismissed, and were thrilled.
However, a week later, I received a letter in the mail stating the case went to "neighborhood courts". This is essentially admitting guilt

For those of you who know the city, you know Jayne's office is in a prime location 4 blocks from Montgomery or Embarcadero Muni/ Bart Station. So grabbing a bite after your meeting at her office is very convenient.

I was arrested for domestic violence (DV). My friend had a similar arrest and she recommended Julia Mezhinsky Jayne to me. I felt embarrassed and frustrated about the whole DV situation and Julia made me feel comfortable talking about the case by asking the necessary questions that would help the case.
