Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Madonna Fugent, Dr. Tammy Clarkson, and Dr. Holly Weber, who are licensed, experienced Sarasota veterinarians. Our in-house lab offers many important diagnostic tests that we will use to find what treatment your pet needs. An outside lab is also utilized when more specialized testing is required. Very thorough with their exams for our furbaby. Staff are all friendly and efficient. Due to Covid we are not able to go with our pet which is the only negative I have. Although I totally understand the policy. Doctors always call with an explanation of their exam findings and answer any and all questions.

Everyone at Best Friends is just wonderful! I have had seven dogs and dealt with a lot of veterinarians, so I can say Dr. Fugent is the best one yet. She's personable and kind. My dog loves her. She's also smart and knows her stuff. I wish I had found her years ago. The exam room and lobby were nice and very clean. The tech was great. Nice place to take a dog baby.😀

Dr. Weber and the staff are kind and courteous. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better vet for my rabbit. Every time I have called, visited, or had treatment for my rabbit I felt like the staff truly cared for his well being. He has recently recovered from potentially fatal digestive issues which I couldn’t have done without the treatment, support, and follow up by Dr. Weber and staff. They are a blessing and and always a joy to speak with. If I had a choice I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.
