I brought my guinea pig in under an emergency visit. By the end of the service, they sent us home saying she was fine and to see us again in a few months. She died the next day. Not sure what was missed but obviously everything was not fine and something seems to have been missed. Would not recommend to a friend.

Love the staff and service at Paws and Claws. Everyone is caring and efficient and especially Dr. Natalie is wonderful. She has been caring for our cat who developed paresis and was unable to walk. Using acupuncture, she has helped Blueberry walk again. I highly recommend these compassionate and friendly people to care for your precious fur and feather family members!

I've been going to Paws and Claws for over 15 years now, and have always felt like the doctors are very well trained, up to date, and have the animals' interests at heart. The techs and desk staff are also amazing. The groomers always remember my little fluffybutt kitty and do an excellent job with her when she's gone in for a hygiene cut and nail clip. Years ago I worked for the Leon County Humane Society, and at the time (maybe now too?) LCHS relied on Paws and Claws for all veterinary care because they're so good, so trustworthy, and dedicated to animal welfare. I just can't say enough good

I had an emergency with my rabbit, new in town with no vet. I called paws and claws before they opened (I had no clue I was in panic) they told me to bring her in thirty minutes at opening and would take her straight back. They did. A week later and my rabbit is back healthy after facing a life or death issue. The vet, allowed me to call and personally speak with her if I had anymore questions or worries. This is where my bun will be doing check ups and all urgent care from now on. I highly recommend paws and claws.

I am very pleased with the great service I received for my cockatiel Sassy. He has some issues with head turning and I had a hard time finding a vet that would see birds. Dr Kimberly Kocel took very good care of my bird. She was gentle and comforting. The staff are very professional and very attentive to the owners. I will definitely recommend Paws and Claws to other pet owners.
