In three simple steps (Assessment, Awareness and Assistance), Providence Fitness provides an evidence based approach through its customizable exercise and lifestyle programs. This program targets three main aspects - dietary intervention, physical fitness and behavior modification. A team of health professionals is engaged to target these areas in order to provide a complete, interdisciplinary approach.

The program always begins with an assessment by the team to determine goals and an appropriate timeline. Designed primarily for individuals, but customizable to all group sizes, this program uses a multi-disciplinary approach to educate, guide and facilitate change.

I have been training with Jerome for 3 months now.
When I started I had no muscle mass and no strength. Now I’m starting to see some definition in my arms and thighs because I have lost fat and gained muscle.
Jerome keeps me motivated because he makes the class fun. He teaches me how to do the exercises correctly so I don’t get injured and also how to breathe so you can do more with less effort.
I’m super happy with the results I’ve seen in so little time!

Excellent personal trainer. Since starting my endurance has improved I've lost several inches off my waist, nearly 3 pants sizes and I've even gained muscle definition. I truly recommend this trainer to everyone I know.

I love this place! It's hands-on personal training where the trainer is guiding my every move. He knows what he's doing and is genuine about helping his clients achieve their goals. I am looking forward to the new me.

i have been training with jerome for the past 2 weeks and i already notice a difference in my body. amazing.
plus with each class i go to, i am less sore the next day. (im not gonna lie the first week was brutal, i was on the verge of tears and could barely walk for days)

im going about 2-3 times per week, which is more than enough for me (a relative newcomer to this level of exercise and fitness). i have been working out consistently for over a year

I highly recommend Providence Fitness to anyone who wants to get in shape! I have trained at Providence Fitness for over a year now. In that time, my flexibility, strength and endurance have improved dramatically. I have lost weight and, more importantly, I look better and feel better as a result of training. The trainer, Jerome Baxter, is excellent at what he does. He has been able to tailor my exercise program to fit my needs as my fitness level has continued to improve. Jerome makes working out fun - I look forward to exercising which is something I never said when working out at gym
