Okay so if you want to have an amazing view of the beach while your having Breakfast, brunch or lunch this is absolutely the place! I went here with my friend for Brunch. She ordered a mimosa which she hadn't had in a while and she said was absolutely delicious and I ordered a spicy avocado margarita. I don't know if that's the exact name but I know it definitely has avocado, spiciness and it's a margarita. I did not specify that I wanted salt on the rim so when my margarita was brought to me it did not have salt. It probably would have been 10 times better with salt on it but that was my fault

I had a mini staycation in Fort Lauderdale this weekend and looked up places for a good brunch with a view. Tinta is located in the Westin Hotel with a gorgeous outside terrace that overlooks the ocean. It was a cool morning so the temperature was perfect. While the menu is a bit overwhelming and difficult to choose from, every option seemed like a good one. My boyfriend had the Baja Omelette and I had the Machaca Skillet. Both were exquisite choices but we certainly can't wait to come back for some sweet treats. Our server Nicolas was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive with

This place is the amazing!!it was our first time coming. From the moment I walked in the service was incredible. My waitress Morgan gave us such great service she always made sure we were ok with our food or drinks. She was Really sweet. We ordered a few things and everything was so delicious. Wow!! We Dat outside and the atmosphere was so cool. My husband and I are football fans and we were able to see the game, that was a plus! Everyone here works as a team. When we were done the manager Wayne came over to our table and was so sweet and professional. We are definitely coming back.

Great place to go eat!
Especially on weekends when you have buffet until 4pm for $50 all you can eat.
Fantastic food, chicken, salmon, meat, salads and of course deserts just fantastic.
Very busy yet it didn't take long for us to get a table.
You may have to pay for parking though, but it will be only $7 for 3 hours if you park at the hotel right next to the restaurant.
For sure there will be another visit to this place. 😀

Great for a night out. Appetizers such as the tuna toast and the mushrooms empanadas are great tasty choices. The two mushrooms empanadas are topped with heavy cheese thus depends on your preference.
This is probably one of the best places to have salmon with corn and peanuts. Great combination. Most restaurants are pretty standard when it comes down to Salmon plates. The carnitas tacos was good.
See menu pictures for other options.

Spent 4 days/3 nights at The Westin. Tried Lona for brunch, lunch and dinner. Brunch is pretty bland, but the unlimited mimosas, house margaritas and Bloody Marys make it worth it. Everything was bland except the skirt steak, which was AMAZING on the nachos and as fajitas!!! The bartenders and servers are incredible!!! The hostess was horrible all 3 days. 🙄 She had an attitude every day, couldn’t find our reservation on the tablet but I was able to locate and point to it while reading it upside down. The last day I asked her if I could sit at a high top or at the bar and she had the audacity

Lona Cocina & Tequileria is the lunch and dinner restaurant at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. It is on the ground floor, in the front of the building, open to the public. It has indoor and outdoor seating though mostly outdoors. The beach is directly across the street so it has great views. I was there Wednesday, December 29 2022 for dinner.
The cuisine at Lona is Mexican. It has a decent variety of items to select from including appetizers and entrees. Of course, there are desserts, mixed drinks, beer and an extensive wine menu. It was my first night of vacation and I decided to have

Excellent restaurant, with ambience, lovely music beat, fantastic service.
Traditional Guac was excellent, once we added a little lime to it. Enjoyed it with the chips and salsa. If you are just a party of two - you may fill your stomach with just Guac, so watch out.
Asked for vegetarian as not much is available on the menu and selected of menu items Vegetarian Fajitas and Vegetarian 🌮 Tacos. The dishes are very flavorful, well grilled vegetables, and very well done. 👍👍✅
However the Fajitas are extremely 🔥 spicy. Upon asking, we were told they were made with Habanero sauce. That

We reserved a private room in Lona for our wedding reception. Everything from making the reservation, picking the food, and making payment was seamless. Our guests commented on how wonderful everything tasted. The manager was there during the meal to ensure the service was exceptional. We could not have asked for higher quality service or food. Thanks so much to Lona and Leticia for making our dinner so special.

My husband and I love Mexican style breakfasts, and look forward to them whenever we travel to California but in spite of the huge Latin influence here in Fort Lauderdale we really hadn't found a good source here. Enter Tinta. This is the perfect out to breakfast spot. Great ocean view, great Tex-Mex breakfasts and finally, the breakfast Holy Grail, absolutely great pancakes. This visit we had the smothered burrito, which is enough for two to split and the short stack of pancakes. Both were delicious. Coffee was the strong stuff, which we usually like but this was really strong and all the

My boyfriend and I were vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and decided to try this breakfast place out. We absolutely loved the atmosphere since it is right on the beach. Once we found it we did not go anywhere else for breakfast. The food was amazing and the prices were unbeatable. We tried something different for the three mornings we were there, and we were always satisfied.

Excellent service! The staff working here was very kind and accommodating. This place gives generous portions for food and the ambiance was very nice. We got outdoor seating to see the sunset.
Highly recommend getting the guacamole and the shrimp tacos. The Brisket and chicken quesadillas were good too- their portions were huge!

We walked past Tinta on our way to another spot but we immediately did a u-turn after I checked out the menu options and reviews. A huge bonus for this location is you're literally right across from the beach, so you can see and listen to the ocean while you eat.
Our experience started with the hostess station, they were very nice and welcoming. We immediately felt like we chose the right place. Our waitress introduced herself shortly after. She was very kind and accommodating.
So let's talk food...I am not...I repeat...I AM NOT a pancake lover, HOWEVER I decided to do something

Come here if you are nearby!!!
I came to Tinta with my husband recently on our honeymoon in Fort Lauderdale. We had a nice stroll on the beach and then we stopped by Tinta and had a reservation at 9:30 for breakfast. They were able to seat us right away with a very nice Oceanview table and our server was extremely extremely nice. She attended to us right away asking if we wanted anything to drink and my husband ordered the iced coffee and I ordered a bloody Mary. Oh my gosh it was amazing! It was even a bit spicy which I really enjoy.

The ambiance and location were perfect. I loved the fact that it is a beachfront breakfast venue. The views and weather was amazing. The only thing I would have to comment on is the service, the wait times are pretty long to be serviced but if you are someone who is just coming to relax and enjoy the views, that should be no problem. I got the cinnamon swirl and the blueberry white chocolate chip pancakes. Both were delicious! I paired it with a side of eggs and bacon. They give a generous amount of bacon for a reasonable price. I would go back again.

Best Brunch Ever! We could not stop raving about how awesome our brunch was at Tinta. I ordered a beef skillet and my wife ordered the blueberry white chocolate chip pancakes. Both were absolutely delicious and so much food! Very rarely do I have leftovers after a meal, especially one so delicious and I came how with a perfect amount for breakfast tomorrow. Same with the pancakes as well. Our waitress was phenomenal as well. She always came around, talked with us to get to know us and also shared a few other restaurants in the area she recommended. What a great way to start the day!

Tinta is what the restaurant is called for breakfast. For dinner it is called lona. Odd way of doing it, but okay. It is in the Westin hotel. And had a surprisingly good breakfast. I got the breakfast burrito and it was much bigger and better than expected. We went on a Sunday at 9:30 and were able to order a la carte. But from 11 to 4:30 They only have the unlimited brunch option available for $46.

I have a new reason to visit Fort Lauderdale. Tinta has hands down the best brunch I have ever tasted. I discovered this place when I visited FLL in April and I ended up going back two more times during that 4 day trip.
The Cinnamon swirl pancakes taste like heaven, and the omelet was amazing. I can't wait to go back.

Tintas has become a go to breakfast/brunch spot for us. We now bring everyone here when they come to town. What could be better than eating Mexican inspired breakfast with a breathtaking view of the beach? The servers are always amazing. I can tell they are really happy. One server sang to us! The Tintas Mimosa is great and I like the breakfast quesadilla. 4 stars because on one of our visits my pork was undercooked and I was sick most of that day. I did give it another chance and haven't had that experience again... I just don't order the pork.

Wowwwww this place was amazing!!! What beautiful views, amazing customer service, and great food. I couldn't ask for a better brunch here. The everything tasted incredibly fresh & light. Even my omelette that was basically like a meat lovers, didn't feel heavy at all. The drinks were strong too! I will most definitely be back!

While I love the nighttime vibe that it's fraternal twin restaurant (Lona) provides, Tinta, (the daytime dining experience) just didn't hit the spot for me. The views, are absolutely amazing, people watching is exciting, gazing at the beautiful beach, staring at the lavish, rich cars up & down the drag-way are the best things about my experience here. The food slightly missed the mark for me. There were no specific or horrendous misgivings with the service, just the flavors & the taste, were not the BEST. Definitely didn't meet the expectations I had with LONA.

I stayed at the Westin so I dined here multiple times and the food was really good! I can tell you that they have the best Dulce de Leche Chocolate Chip Pancakes EVER! I also ordered a side crispy bacon and it was perfect!
I tried the México City Omelette and it was delicious. On my last day I ordered the Chilaquiles and they did not disappoint! They were huge so unless you are really hungry, I would share those!
To drink, the pineapple juice is the way to go! So yummy!
Staff was very attentive (special shoutout to Zsanae a.k.a Bahama Mama!). Everyone wore masks, tables were relatively 6 feet
