Olga is amazing! She starting the appointment by getting some information about my pain and activity levels then put me on the invert table which completely stretched and opened up my back. I felt taller after and no all pinched up. The massage wasn't like any I've had before and focused more on creating space in my back and released a lot of tightness in my shoulders and hips. Definitely a pain relieving massage. I can't wait to go back!

Olga is phenomenal!!! Not only is she intelligent and super knowledgeable about the body, she is an amazing massage therapist. I have dealt with arthritis my entire life and always deal with a great amount of stiffness and soreness. After my massage, I sat up on the table and cracked my neck. It was a miracle, my neck never cracks!!! It felt so good. I can't wait to see her again.

I've been to multiple massage therapists before, and Olga is by far the best. She is extremely accommodating, a great conversationalist, and truly cares about your body's health.
I came to her for lower back pain, and she has helped immensely with it.

I'm a type 1 diabetic, and while I do take good care of myself, every so often, I'll get some weird swelling and inflammation.
Olga did a 90 minute foot reflexology massage and she also did a form of lymph draining massage too and it was GREAT!!! I can't wait to go back.
She seems extremely knowledgeable, given her formal education in the area of sports/PT.
Her pressure was perfect, she listened to my issue for 20 minutes, she seemed to be full of compassion and ready to help!!
I will update my review after my next visit.

Where to start. I randomly found Olga on yelp and I'm so happy I did. From the moment she picked up the phone I knew I liked her. On my first visit, she took an extra 30 minutes to analyze and explain to me how she could help my pain. I see her almost on a weekly visit and always leave feeling relaxed and optimistic. I am addicted to her massages. Olga is super funny, a huge plus!

Olga is the best massage therapist who you can find in San Diego. I felt pain in my back for 6 months . And no one couldn't help me. Cause I needed real hard and correct massage. And Olga suggested me to start with 10 days treatment . And even after first massage I felt so free and amazing as if I started to live again , you can't even imagine . Thank you , Olga.

I was so in need of a massage and my husband found Olga by calling around Sorrento Valley and got a direct referral.
I called the next day begging to come in and she squeezed me in. I was so thrilled to be accommodated. She is in a private space with a small waiting room in Kearny Mesa off Balboa Ave. Easy to park and is on the second floor, top of the stairs.
When I met Olga she is very experienced and has very strong arms/hands. She is also a personal trainer and was a gym director in Russia, so she is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and injuries. She specializes in deep tissue massage

I found Olga while looking for someone to fix my frozen shoulder. I am nearly sixty and I felt as if my body was petrifying. I was stiff, sore and felt everyday that I had less flexibility. Under her care I am getting my flexibility back. My golf and softball skills are coming back with that. She is amazing and truly has healing hands. She started with a small interview on what my issues were and what I did for a living and for fun. Olga is AMAZING! I usually go to the knot spot to get my massages, however, my Fiancé did not like the knot spot so I found him Olga to try as a masseuse. I agree with the other reviewers here. Olga is a great therapist and did not disappoint. She took the time to get to know my physical issues to customize the message. Right after the session, my neck and shoulders felt much looser and had more movement. I prefer firm pressure and then usually feel beat up a few hours later, but not with Olga. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and good at what she does.

The best massage experience I have ever had. Olga spends quality time with you to learn what is bothering you and she provides a great experience to get you feeling your best. She is very personable and is very very educated on the human body so she knows exactly what to do. I have two lumbar herniated disks and she made me forget about the back pain after the massage. I'll be seeing her on a regular basis because it's the best pain reliever for my back I have ever found. You must try her out!!

Lots of people say they do deep tissue massages, but few actually succeed. Much to my relief, my experience with Olga today was a great one! I can handle a lot of pressure and have a high pain tolerance, but she used her discretion based on the area she was working on. I know I will be sore tomorrow, but that is the result of a great massage. I will definitely be going back soon.

First of, the studio is fabulous! It is so cozy and filled with love that you will never want to leave. I had an appointment with Olga for the deep tissue/sport massage- exactly what I needed after my work out challenge! She has incredible energy along positive vibes and she uses it for the massage therapy.
Olga and her team are very good specialists with an attention to your requests and concerns. She will help you cure sore muscles and nurture the souls with after therapy hot tea or coffee with candy.
