Over the years we have established ourselves as a pioneer and leader of the motorsports performance industry, working with drivers competing at the highest levels of numerous racing series across the globe. We have also had the pleasure of working with many other professional athletes competing in the NFL and MMA through our Sports Performance Program, while also providing the same high-level coaching and training to the general public.
Services
We develop the most efficient, well-conditioned motorsports athletes in the world through a multi-disciplinary approach that accounts for the many physiological, cognitive and environmental stressors that motorsports athletes face in competition.

Our program emphasizes achieving and sustaining an optimal level of physiological, cognitive and environmental preparedness so that each PitFit driver can execute their driving skills at 100% no matter the conditions or duration of the competition.The PitFit method involves training elements of reactive, static and dynamic strength, along with other elements of physiological and neurocognitive conditioning.
Our driver performance evaluation will assess multiple aspects of physical and cognitive performance that contribute to on-track success. Through a comprehensive series of tests, you will gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of your performance, as well as an indication of how you stack up against drivers of your age and/or series.
Can't train at our Indianapolis facility? We provide top-notch online coaching and training programs to people of all demographics across the world. Programs include evaluation, training program design, coaching on nutrition, recovery and stress management, along with support and accountability from our certified and experienced coaches.
Drivers and team personnel should be free from as many distractions as possible during a race weekend. Our track support team provides crucial, specialized support to drivers, pit crews, and team personnel that allows the entire team to stay immersed in racing performance. Whether it be a 24 hour endurance event or a two-hour sprint race, your entire team will have the confidence that they are "PitFit Prepared" on race day!
We provide workshops both at our home facility in Indianapolis, as well as at other locations across the country. Our workshops provide hands-on instruction on basic training techniques and methods, as well as those specific to motorsports performance. Best workout in Dallas! Three floors underground you’ll be dead after a class. 60 minute HIIT classes with a killer 90 min version on Sundays. Echo bikes, Ski ergs, dumbbells, TRX, hip bands, tire flips, the list goes on an on. $30/class is totally worth it for this workout with Chris

An update as I close in on a year of attending 2-3 PitFit Conditioning Classes a week. Just had my first post PitFit visit to the camp I worked at as a teen. Last year and for many years prior I could not pull myself up on waterskis, haul gear out to the cabin without many sweaty breaks and thought I would never get back to my camp counselor fitness levels. This year with PitFit, the change for the better is beyond any expectation I could have imagined when I began classes. Great workout facility. High intensity but fun classes with equipment most gyms don't have. Never boring because it's different each time - always strength, cardio and core but different exercises. Trainers correct your form so learn how to do things right! All levels.

This place is beyond awesome! I was apprehensive to check out this place but my friend regularly works out there so I decided to give it a try. Note: he also guaranteed I would love it or he would buy my class! Second Note: I bought a 5 class pass the second my class was over--if I was local I would have bought a monthly membership! I live in Los Angeles so I have been to a number of incredible gyms and various work-out concepts/experiences. I was in town visiting family and decided to give it a try--I am SOOO glad I checked out this place--now only if I can recreate it in Los Angeles.
