Came in for dinner here last night with a friend. It was a Wednesday and I made a reservation for 6pm. When we got there, it wasn't too crowded. But it filled up by 7! I loved the ambience and the vibe. They have a great bar. Our waiter was super attentive and so informative about everything on the menu. From the food to the beer, he had a suggestion for everything. He suggested the peanut butter beer and let us try it! It was quite tasty but we ended up getting other beers. I got the Belgian pale ale. My friend got the rice lager. They were both super refreshing! They only have craft beer

Cute Asian fusion brewery in Chamblee great for both drinks and food! We came on a weeknight and it wasn't super busy, and there was both seating indoors and outside on their patio.

We started with beer and fries which were just ok. I'm not much of a beer drinker so I can't really judge that, but the fries weren't super seasoned.

Thankfully Hopstix turned it around with the entrees. I had the super bowl and also tried some of the chicken katsu. Both were great - the raw fish in the bowl were super fresh and the pork belly had a great char, and the katsu was nice and crunchy

Sort of a hipster place, but it's really really good and worth your money.

I ate at the bar and got wings (1 pound was 9 wings), some grilled Bluefin Tuna and Short Rib, and a bowl of Chicken Basil Fried Rice.

The wings were only spicy from sliced serrano pepper, but since their drink cups aren't very big, I only ate a few slices. The fish sauce gives them a unique flavor and they're good.

The grill items were interesting! They're not big, and if you had an entire dinner off of it it would get expensive quick. That being said, the short rib was a solid, meaty, fatty cut

Beware! We had our company holiday party there and were asked to leave as soon as our time was up and we spent tons of money. There were about 4-6 other patrons present, but we were told by the manager/owner we should leave because they weren't "that kind of establishment". If you want to have fun conversation and laughs with friends, this is not the place to go. To be fair, the chicken, dumplings and drinks were tasty. The atmosphere was nice. The wait staff was friendly. However, the rice tasted like it had been reheated from the night before.

Their miso ramen is easily the best ramen you'll find in Atlanta. And I've tried a number of different spots! The broth has just the right amount of flavor and it comes with a hard boiled (borderline soft boiled) egg in it, also with delicious flavor. But the standout is the skewer of pork belly. It is literally melt in your mouth. It's like, meat butter... It totally makes the dish! It's a serving size that I can rarely finish so it will definitely fill you up. Their beer selection here is great and apparently the burger (of all things?!) deserved an honorable mention as their "little secret"

Service and atmosphere was great but the food/drinks we're pretty underwhelming... for drinks we ordered the lychee lime sprits and the grapefruit hibiscus. grapefruit hibiscus was great but the lychee drink you couldn't taste the lychee at all! :( it tasted like lime la croix...

for food, everything robata grilled was great! the pork belly and octopus were delicious! the superbowl was good, the mix of flavors were nice! But the yuzu shoyu ramen was terrible... i love ramen and all kinds of ramen, but i did not enjoy a bite of their ramen... sooo disappointed, the noodles were soggy

A brewery with good food AND good cocktails? Sign me up!

Visited Hopstix for the first time with coworkers as a happy hour spot on a Thursday afternoon. Free parking on the side of the restaurant. No reservations so be aware. Both indoor and outdoor seating!

I had both the emperor's mule and the cure house cocktails. So yummy! So for those like me who don't particularly enjoy beer, there's quite a few great non beer options!

On to the food! I ordered the pork steam bao and the baked mussels. The baked mussels were some of the best I've ever had; so tasty and a great combination

We can't get enough of Hopstix! Always an amazing meal and wonderful time. Their beers are delicious, their food is unique and scrumptious, and the service is always excellent. We try to branch out and try new menu items each time we visit, and have loved everything we've ordered to date. Some of our favorites are the Thai Basil fried rice, the Kamikaze and Let's Roll Out sushi rolls, and the steamed dumplings. We just ate there last night, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

The food was amazing, and I know their beers are also note worthy... but unfortunately, tonight I was with a friend who is always a bit bombastic, and we were both refused bar service. I had drank a couple of beers over a couple of hours before arriving so I was far from buzzed, but the floor manager made a blanket determination on the actions of my friend.

I may not be an influencer, but the small tribe of friends I do have vote with their pocket book.

I, personally, won't be back.

We went to this place only to find that we had to sit outside since a 'church group' not only took most all of the inside tables but also the handicap parking even though they did not have a handicap tag and the restaurant was not going to do anything about it. Nevertheless, we ordered the Chicken Satay to start and it was rather nice. I then had a Kamikaze roll for lunch and it was decent as there was no real spice in the 'spicy tuna' description from the menu. The waiter was rather decent even though we could tell that he had to get help from management to handle all of

Super affordable place with small plates that pack alot of flavor. The Tabata options are perfect if you'd like a small snack or want to try a few different items. My friends and I tried pork belly, chicken and lamb. All three were amazing. I always pair a couple tabata's with the Curry Fries. Which are savoy but not spicy.
This place is known for their beer selections but I'm not a beer drinker so I go for the whiskey. Going along with the Asian fusion menu, they have a small selection of sake and Japanese whiskey. All of which are pretty reasonably priced. They also have a freshly made house

I love the concept of this place as well as their actual food! Came here for a late lunch/early dinner and they were actually open 3-5 pm. My friend and I were able to sit outside and they were still a little busy, but not too packed. Our server was awesome! She was always checking on us and the food came out with good times. We tried one of their salmon sushi rolls, steamed dumplings, and curry fries. Everything tasted great! I'm looking forward to trying more of their foods and maybe bringing more of my friends that like the bar atmosphere but with Asian foods.

Tons to choose from. We started with a cocktail called Off the Boat and I highly recommend it. Food was the chicken bao, pork belly tacos, and the HFC nuggets. Everything was so flavorful! Nice selection of beers and spirits too.

You can find Hopstix at 3404 Pierce Dr NE, Chamblee, GA 30341- this is about two blocks above the MARTA station and two blocks below the Chamblee courthouse when traveling north from the Chamblee MARTA station - you'll see a row of buildings to the West and railroad tracks to the East. There's some parking to one side be be warned that there's no turn-around so the further in you park the harder it can be to back-up. Alternatively there are free lots on either side of Pierce Dr - depending on the time of day there's plenty of parking, especially later in the day past business

Wow what a great place to both eat and hang out!
The restaurant architecture is hip. There is both inside and outside seating with nice open spaces. On the inside there is a nice size bar and open kitchen where you can see the chef's at work. Note because of that it can get a bit warm if you're seated in front of it, so chose the other side or back. As for accessibility the doorways, table spaces and bathroom access were accommodating. Parking is very tight, you can park across the street just note the signs where you can't park or you'll be towed.
Now for the food! OMG! We ate tapas style where

An Asian brewery? Yes! The food is fantastic although many are small plates. On the other hand some dishes (rice, noodles and soup) are so large you'll need to get a doggie bag. Sorry we dug into the $10. 00 Basil fried rice before remembering to take a picture. The menu is extensive with many gluten free options and I drooled over every dish that came out of the kitchen. I loved being able to see the chefs preparing each dish. The atmosphere is chill and the staff was extremely friendly. The general manager came to check on us twice which I appreciated.

We had a party of 3 at 7:30 on a Tuesday in July. There was a 20 minute wait. Very fun vibes. The café lighting outside is so cute. We didn’t get any beer or cocktails this time and the last time I had it was 3 years ago, so I can’t comment on that! But we did get food.
Here’s what we got:
- Curry Fries ($7): Very good. The fries were perfectly crisp on the outside.
- Tuna Tataki Salad ($16): Very good. Huge portion.
- Tuna Tartare ($18): Wouldn’t get this again. Small portion. For $18 and not enough for a full meal, it’s not worth it to me.
We all shared the Curry Fries. I split

Great hang out spot if you are a beer lover! Just come! They have a really nice and large outside dinning patio area as well.
DO make reservations for weekend dinners.

The cheesy Asian related beer name can def make you lol.

Recommend: Rice n shine, I love the delightful & flora aroma of it, kinda reminds me sake.

This is a super cool brewery with delicious food! It's not your typical brewery food but instead has an Asian flare. They take both reservations and walk-ins. My friend and I went on a Friday night and they were able to seat us right away. I ordered a beer and my friend ordered a margarita and both were very satisfying. Food wise, we split the curry fries as an app, I had the pork tacos, and she had the sushi bowl. Definitely enjoyed it all. Also the ambience is great! They even have seats in front of the kitchen window to watch them making the sushi! Super fun place!

Been here several times over the years, but this is my first review. Cool vibe and place to grab drinks and food.
We stopped by to grab dinner on a weekend night. Due to covid, I would recommend reservations or you may have to wait a little bit.
For appetizers, we had the fried pork dumplings, a pork bun and the baby octopus. The fried dumpling were by far the best of the three items.
For dinner, I got the super bowl and my fiancé got the miso ramen. The Super Bowl is my favorite item on the menu and I get it every time. It was great again!
The miso soup is good but not the best I&apos

Experience:
Hopstix is a phenomenal restaurant with an outstanding staff. From the minute you step in it's a whole other experience. Warm and cozy at night. Perfect for groups or just couples.

Food & Drinks:
You will also be delighted to know that this brewery/ restaurant is not just good at one thing but both. The most authentic Fresh tuna is served which is brought all the way from Asia, yes you read this right! There's not one dish at Hopstix that will leave you disappointment.
Now lets talk beer! Because this is very important... if they have great food they can't have

Came back on Tuna Thursday (when they receive their tuna shipments and have specials)

Below are a few new items I tried:

Tuna Carpaccio ($16): Bluefin tuna, chutoro, loin, spring mix, and ponzu dressing.

Let's Roll Out ($17): Aburi salmon belly, cucumber, avocado, spicy mayo, massage, unagi sauce, sesame seed.

Torched Bluefin Tuna (5/oz): Receive 2-3 pieces of sashimi per ounce. The cut is about half an inch thick.

All of the above were so tasty and come highly recommended. I personally preferred the Let's Roll Out versus the Kamikaze sushi roll. Bluefin tuna and salmon were fresh

The Basics: Hopstix is an Asian Fusion restaurant/brewery located in Chamblee. The restaurant also is a brewery and the menu features grilled proteins and vegetables on a robata grill, sushi, a raw bar, and various other items including a burger and ramen. The restaurant has a simplistic interior with an exposed kitchen/ sushi bar. Hopstix also has an outdoor patio featuring about six large picnic tables. Reservations can be made on Opentable, but the patio is first come first served.

Things I like: The food here was delicious and unique. I ordered the Kamikaze roll, which was delicious, and
