I wanted to provide a personal training experience for my clients so I started NORTH FITNESS and I now have the freedom to train the way I believe is the best for my clients. Whether you are looking for an individual session, small group, self defense, in home or sport specific training I can help you set and reach your fitness goals while avoiding injuries and understanding how to listen to your body.

As a healthcare professional I have a background in sports/physical therapy. I believe each one of my clients deserve a personal and unique touch that makes them feel cared for. These relationships that I create also helps them trust me and believe in themselves. We work as a tem together to pick up on the little changes in health and able to adjust the training accordingly.
