We will only be open for technician visits (which are; nail trims, blood draws, Adequan and Cytopoint injections) and for food and medication pick-ups. Of course, anyone who is still not ready to be close to others for any reason at all, we can continue to do the curbside and baby monitors so you can watch and interact with us that way. Our PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY is based on the GOLDEN RULE: Our clients and animals are treated with patience, dignity and respect, just as we would wish to be treated.
We practice the highest quality medicine at a reasonable cost to the client; we tailor our services to the personal needs of each animal and owner; and we spend the time necessary to explain to and educate our clients so that they fully understand any recommended tests and procedures, enabling them to become full partners with the veterinarian in maintaining the good health and well-being of their animal companions.

Services
The Animal Hospitable is a small practice in terms of its physical size, but we practice state of the art medicine. We have in house blood chemistry machines, excellent x-ray and surgical facilities, and well educated, caring staff who regularly attend continuing education seminars to stay current with the latest advances in veterinary medicine.
Dr. Teresa Labuszewski is a native western New Yorker, having attended Starpoint Central School from kindergarten through 12th grade. She received a B.A. in psychology from SUNY at Buffalo in 1975, a Ph. D in Psychology from SUNY at Stonybrook in 1980 and her DVM from Cornell University in 1984.
She has worked in several western New York veterinary practices, gaining experience and learning from her fellow veterinarians, until 1992 when she opened The Animal Hospitable. You can be assured that our compassionate, caring staff will treat your pet as if they were one of our own. We do not practice cookie cutter medicine, with puppy or kitten "packages" that are the same for each animal.

We offer many services including thorough physical exams, vaccines, same day blood-work, x-rays and dental procedures. We also do surgical procedures including some orthopedics. Our most recent update is our new digital dental x-ray machine. This helps us with extractions of teeth to make sure none of the root is left behind which can cause problems later on.

I'm not usually one to write poor reviews, but I don't think this can go without saying.
My mom's Yorkie had to be put to sleep after having an internal liver issue. He was internally bleeding. I showed up to comfort her and be there for, what we all know is, a traumatic event.
She was in a recovery room which also doubled as the nurse station, I can only assume. My mother was on the floor crying into the caged space they had him in. There was a large dog recovering from surgery who looked med-dazed but also perturbed by what was happening 3 feet from his resting area. There were staff coming

If you plan to schedule anything from them, make sure you have all a physical paper to prove that. DO NOT rely on them over the phone!!!!
Dont tell lies, we send you all the documents needed and you gave us the assurance over the phone. nevertheless please DO NOT give your assurance over the phone if you cannot keep it.

I have been with this clinic and Dr. Teresa for three dogs and starting with my 4th over a period of 25 years or so. The clinic staff is always very knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. T. is an outstanding diagnostician and is very good about explaining treatment and expectations. I trust her implicitly with my dogs' well-being.

Dr Teresa is known in our home as “Mother Teresa” after she saved our Dalmatian’s life twice. Once by find a prescription to kill an obscure parasite and again with emergency bladder surgery. She and her team operated late into the night to save our Smokey’s life. Smokey gave us 14 years. Thank goodness for Dr Teresa … the most talented, determined, pet-loving Vet one could ever hope to find.

Wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else. They’re excellent at figuring out what is wrong and don’t over charge you. Highly recommended, they have saved my babies more than once. We’ve been taking our fur babies there for over 10 years.

We took our puppy to Dr. Teresa from the very beginning so I cannot really compare them to other vets, but we have been happy so far. She takes the time to explain everything to us and it seems like she really keeps up with the latest research. I also love the fact that she responds via text and email as well. That is fantastic and it gives me great peace of mind to know that I don’t have to take Neo in for a visit for every tiny thing.
As for pricing, we have taken Neo for general visits but also a couple of emergencies. Some of the times (there was an x-ray needed) we were a bit surprised
