As more and more of her regular students experienced great results, her network of clients grew, which led her to pursue her dream of opening FitPoint.

After taking a random yoga class during her undergraduate college career, Angelica instantly fell in love with the benefits the practice gave her body and mind! She received her 200HR CYT so that she could help spread knowledge of the yoga practice and its benefits to others! She not only hopes to guide, and support practitioners on the physical Asanas of yoga, but wants to educate them on the ways to practice other limbs yoga as well!

Our instructors can mute you all, however, also, you can/should mute yourself once class starts for others not to hear outside sound. You will still hear your instructor. Please feel comfortable to unmute and ask questions during the class your peers might have the same questions. We are creating a safe environment and questions are welcomed.

We introduce beginners to the basic principles of alignment and technique through a series of stretching and strengthening postures. Props are used to place emphasis on stretching hamstrings, hips, shoulders and spine. Bring your mind, body, and breath together to create a form of moving meditation.
Our Mat Pilates sessions focus on proper alignment, breathing, strength, and increasing flexibility. Pilates teaches you to strengthen and control muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and glutes - a combo of muscles known in Pilates as the powerhouse. Mat Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise and will help you strengthen your body without the joint stress of running and traditional weight exercises.

Awesome personal fitness gym. They have group classes, but they are usually small, so it truly is personalized training but at a cheaper rate. Miranda give a butt-kicking spin and conditioning class. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend! They often have introductory specials. Classes range from yoga, spin, pilates, and other conditioning classes. They also offer monthly challenges to keep you motivated.
