Little more professionalism will be better. The person at the register assumed things on her own without asking us. The service was ok and so was the food. Her behavior was very unprofessional and she got little irritated for no fault of ours. As a result our mood was spoiled. She needs to be courteous. She asked to order without even seating us. Veg pakora was not cooked well.

RUDE MANAGER AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Have been to this place many times before and have loved the food and service here. However, this time I ordered karahi paneer and it only tasted like red chili powder. I told the manager about this and she acted like it was my fault that I didn’t like the food. She asked me what do I want to do, upon which I asked her what she can do about this. She said if you don’t wanna eat it, just leave it! Later she did cancel that item but her attitude extremely disappointing. It wasn’t about the food anymore, it was about how rudely you talk to customers. I am

The embience, the clean environment is very good. Was told that the cook is Pakostani but he surely needs to learn how to cook a goat karhahi. I complained to the older lady and she said it is what it is this is how this dish is cooked but then the younger tall charming girl came by and took the karhahi and got us a replacement which was better. Due to the girl I'd say I didn't leave the restaurant with a bad feeling. She's a gem

We were the first ones here this evening. Service was excellent, food was timely, and taste was the best Indian we've ever had.
We told them that we were vegetarian, and they were very careful to accommodate. This is going to be a favorite restaurant for us.
Hard to pick a favorite... Their chana masala was incredible. Garlic naan made to perfection. Their appetizer with the baby corn was extremely tasteful and very good.
We asked for our food to be mild, and all was within the mild framework. Tasty, spicy, but not overpoweringly hot. I'm sure they could make it that way if you wanted it...

Their Vegetarian options are AMAZING! My husband and I got food from S&P for the first time today and got the "Veggie for Two" option...we were not disappointed.
And you get a lot of food for the price! It is definitely my new favorite place to eat.

I love this place. My mom cooked curry dishes growing up because my step dad was middle Eastern and she was a chef. Mom doesn't cook much anymore due to age and health but this place is awesome I haven't been this happy about food since I was a kid and the curry is amazing I like the vindaloo curry with the potatoes but everything tastes great the biryani is good and you get quit a large serving plus large bowls of rice with your orders and the chili chicken appetizer is delicious

Absolutely terrible service and 50 minute wait for our food. Each person was given their food 20 minutes apart. We arrived at 5: 10 p.m. and at 6:07 we are still waiting for the 4th person to get their food. Absolutely frustrating. I had to continuously waive down a server for a drink or to find out where part of my meal was. In addition, the entree was a 10 on the spice level. Could not eat it. 😫 They should have warned. We had to wait again for the entree without that level of spice. In regards to the food? Absolutely excellent. I have eaten Indian food often and this is the freshest and most

Deeeelicioius! I am so impressed with this restaurant, truly great place to get authentic Indian and Pakistani specialties. It was easy to make a last second reservation for a big table. I love the openness of the restaurant, it's nicely decorated and clean.

The food is inredible- very very very tasty! We were a big family so we got a large assortment of things to try. The highlights for me were the Chicken Karahi and biryani - YUMMMMM.

Owner was very nice and took our order and made sure we were taken care of. I can't wait to eat here again!

To start with this was not my first time ordering from here. Past experience were not great either. This time was the last. The food was very very oily. The gobhi tawa masala was tasteless, salt was less and not spicy at all. The chilli paneer was soggy af. Way too much oil in it... It was more like soggy corn flour covering, old paneer(very hard and rubbery) and not so fresh veggies. This is probably first time I ate tomato pieces in indo-chinese. The quantity is so less for the amount of money they charge. I do not recommend this place at all.

Gotta rate the chicken kadhai as one of the bests. Charli kabobs were addicting and the Pakistani platter was more than filling. Great quality and massive quantity. Was over the moon to find Roghni naan. They also accommodated us while we devoured the food after closing time. 10/10..returning soon

We had this meal delivered. It was buy one get one free and we ordered the butter chicken. I had some non-but apparently I had it too long and it was old so I had to go in the trash and I'm gonna use a flour tortilla in the frying pan and I have some mango chutney I use on the side. So happy that my daughter loved it

So excited to try this raved about Indian place! Really nice decor bight and airy, nice bar area, and nicely spaced out seating. Few outside seats too.
Menu looked really good online endless choices.
Decent wine list, and beers , few Indian beers too. We got a bottle of the Firesteed Pinot noir, which was better than I thought it would be. Mango lassi was really good too, in a pretty glass.
Appetizers we got the spicy chili baby corn, fried mini battered corn, nicely spiced sauce on top, different , great crunchy outside, great to share.
Then the chili chicken, looked and tasted awesome,

Nice little spot for Indian food near Greensboro. The taste and quality was exceptional. The atmosphere is on point as well. My only problem (which isn't actually a problem) is I asked for extra hot 🔥 and I don't think they believed me. Which is no knock on them, haha I should have been more adamant about my spice request. If they open their buffet up I would visit more often but I will definitely be going there my next time in Greensboro.

I stopped into Salt & Pepper based on the super great reviews, and I definitely wasn't disappointed. The place was very packed, but there was still ample social distancing in place. We were seated after a 10 minute wait, and the great scents of S&P had us ready to eat. We ordered the garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, lamb Rogan Josh, and chicken vindaloo (all hot). The food came out quick enough, although the vindaloo was a few minutes behind the rest. The garlic naan is superb...super buttery and garlicky, but not soggy or limp. The main dishes were all very distinctly different

Wow!

This is my new favorite Indian/Pakistani restaurant in the Triad. The only thing I wish was on the menu was dosas. Otherwise their vegetarian dishes are all outstanding - I ask for the Thali to be surprised.

My wife and son love the chicken dishes and the naans, paratha, and other breads are perfect.

Both sit down and take out - for dinner takeout I recommend 30-45 minutes from ordering as everything is made fresh to order. They do have a lunch buffet but I rarely do buffets in general and never during Covid - however you can order off the regular menu at lunch.

Look for their coupons

I am a regular at Salt and Pepper. Their food is always delicious and their clean and stylish dining room makes for a lovely dine-in experience. My most recent dining experience was during the local power outage from the ice rain we got. I was getting hungry and didn't want to open my fridge and increase the chances of food spoiling, so I decided to try my luck at Salt and Pepper.

They had also lost power, but their kitchen was operational. I was seated by the window and had my meal under natural light. For an appetizer, I got the mixed veggie platter. The platter included standard apps

Super clean and beautifully done interior. The food was great and how I expected it should taste. The shrimp tandoori and garlic naan were favorites. Only drawback was the length of time it took to receive food after ordering, especially considering how few people were inside the restaurant. Maybe to-go orders were competing? I'm not sure.

Definitely the best spot for Indian food in High Point, and one of the best in the area, Salt and Pepper is a brand new and beautiful restaurant that has added itself to a nice grouping of good places to eat along Samet drive. Unfortunately for them, they opened JUST as the COVID-19 pandemic hit, so a lot of their potential has yet to be realized, but when everything is safe again, I can't wait to try the buffet here and dine in their exquisite establishment.

In the meantime, I have had some excellent take-out from here. Full disclosure: I did win an Instagram contest that has given me one

So so delicious! My first Indian experience and will be back! We tried the Garlic Naan, Boti Kabab Masala and Butter Chicken. I can’t remember the name of the appetizer but our waiter was kind to share some culture about it from India. Such a pleasant experience.

After learning that a new Indian restaurant opened near me, I was very excited to try it out last week. It seems Salt and Pepper is still relatively unknown because it was pretty empty when we arrived except for a couple of other groups. This did make me feel more comfortable about eating inside at least. The staff was quick to serve us and very polite. However, I would note that I sometimes saw the staff not wearing their masks properly.

A complimentary appetizer is included with your meal. I don't know what it's called but it's sort of like a large, thin cracker that comes with

My wife and I saw this place being worked on on the inside awhile ago, and thought we would stop back by weeks later to see if it was opened. We ended up being there on opening night! It wasn't very busy as I don't think many people knew it was open yet. We did let another friend of ours know and they went later that night. We found out about the weekend buffet and decided to try it out the next day for lunch. I am glad we did! Items on buffet were more spicy that my chicken marsala the night before. 65 chicken is great. I had 2 plates and still didn't get to try everything. It turns out we were
