Foods good, I've been here 3 times. First time everything was great, food and waiter was amazing. Second time the young girl didn't know anything we had questions and she didn't bother to go ask anybody else, she just answered I don't know. Third time we went in and man in front ignore us for a bit until i said hello. We ordered a plate that was for 2, it came with 2 plates but each plate only came with rice or beans. Usually plates for 2 come with both on each plate.

I’m not sure if my party and I came at the wrong time but the service was horrible tonight . Every time I eat here I’ve never had a problem until tonight.
When we first entered our waitress had an attitude. Was over at the computer majority of the night.
When we ordered our food. The kitchen got the order wrong on top of that the food was cold when it came out. The portion size of the food was the kind that you would feed your pet cat . When my friend asked to for extra steak ( we was willing to pay extra for . Wasn’t expecting to get it free) the waitress got an attitude and stormed away

We like the food and once a month we get take out... Every single time, last 3, They conto screw up... Either is Leaving something out or other. Last night we did take out, I even looked in the bag, Yup everything seems there. Get home and my Paid salsa became some Bean type juice with cut up hotdogs in it..... Gross... Someone opened salsa..... Continue with the Screw ups and were Done...

I paid for chicken and shrimp nachos. I get home and there is no shrimp in the nachos. I call to let them know no shrimp in nachos and the manager repeatedly told me that he packed my order himself and personally put shrimp in the nachos. . . He did not. It felt as though he was trying to accuse me of lying. He told me he would process a refund if I bring the food back. I just wanted a correct order. This is the second time my food was missing an item and this time the customer service from the manager was beyond rude. I have not ordered from them since. Try the new restaurant Adela’s they also

Have been here many times before, but last evening ordered takeout. Got home to find that it was not what I ordered. I’m not sure what it was beyond a burrito with tough meat and absolutely no cheese. Someone must have packaged it up before it was finished. Couldn’t eat it, threw it out, complete waste of money, and I’ve never seen a place that charges a dollar extra to box up takeout, but they do. Very disappointed, it’s obviously not the same quality restaurant as a few years ago.

Ordered street tacos and this is what came out. Waitress asked me what I wanted on it, I said I want it all the way. After complaining that it didn’t look like the picture in the menu, they brought me cups with cheese, tomato, and onion…I thought it would come out of the grill looking like the photo. It did last time I ordered this. Manager Fransico told me those were tacos and I got what I ordered. Don’t think he understood what I ordered..
