CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. That means you are going to move the way the body is intended to moved, you will perform movements that will help you in your daily life, and you will do this all by elevating your heart rate to match the movement to your current skill level.
Our barbell club focuses specifically on olympic lifting and powerlifting. You will work in a small group environment with one of our skilled lifting coaches to perfect your lifting techniques. Olympic weightlifting consists of two types of lifts: the snatch, and the clean and jerk. Both are overhead lifts and involve a full body range of motion.

I wanted to increase my strength and add variety to my fitness training so I tried a free Saturday class. I was hooked by the close sense of community and Brian’s knowledgeable coaching. People here want to see you succeed and you will if you can take that first step! 2 years later I have accomplished so many of my personal goals and am doing things I had previously been amazed by. I have recently been looking around at different gyms in my area. Recently, I stopped into Superfit with a buddy of mine to see what this particular gym had to offer. We were instantly greeted by the owner and head trainer/coach Brian. He was very personable and began walking us through a few exercises, emphasizing the proper technique and body form. He was an excellent coach and the people at the gym we're all very friendly and encouraging. It was a very community-like atmosphere. I feel lucky to be a member of this Gym/Family. Tried everything possible before joining Super Fit (2 big time gym memberships,personal trainer & weight watcher etc...), however you need a trainer who understands your fitness level and coach you nutritionally to make improvements. I feel this place has that combo. Adding to that training as a team gives you that extra energy you need on your low days. It's like friends competing in a game.

Brian and all of the trainers at Super Fit do an excellent job of encouraging you to push yourself both inside and outside of the gym, while realizing that each individual has their own needs and abilities.
