Crowne Village At Swift Creek

Kristi, Joy and Evelyn go out of their way to make certain everyone’s needs and requests are met. They always-ALWAYS greet you with a smile and are truly genuine individuals.

This is a very good community where they try to take care of everyone that lives there. They are quick to respond to any kind of problems that you have with your unit. The outsides are always clean and taken care of and appear to be organized. The landscaping is beautiful.

Kristi fisher is possibly the most rude, ill mannered community director ive ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Living here was a mistake ive lived in multiple apartments around the area and none of them have been nearly as bad as this location they do not care about the residents at all, all they care about is taking all that you have in your pockets. Our cars were broken into when we first moved in they did absolutely nothing about it but they can surely say something about charging us for garbage bags sitting outside of our apartments.

I love this place! So much so, that this is my second time living at this community. I absolutely love my new apartment we have been here for almost a month now, (second time around). There were very minor things that had to be adjusted at move-in, which is to be expected- And maintenance took care of it immediately. The maintenance team is fantastic! The leasing office staff is so friendly and welcoming! The grounds are absolutely beautiful. All the of my neighbors are lovely. Plus you can’t beat the great and convenient location of this property. Well worth the price, 10 out of 10 recommend

We lived there for 7 months while we were waiting for our new home to be finished. The location was perfect and the management and maintenance team were very accommodating and quick to respond to any issue that arose. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us while we were there. We chose the location originally because they were pet-friendly but I have to say that it was an excellent "all around" choice. Our dog was spoiled by everyone and we highly recommend Crowne Village at Swift Creek!

It is my norm to write an entrance, 6 month and final review when renting. Well it's that time..
Pros
1. Pool remains open with Covid restricitons.
2. Grounds well maintained
3. Maintenance replies quickly
4. Safe neighborhood and great location.
6. Residents were issued 100 bucks off of
rent during Covid.
Cons
1. Master bath continues to smell of sewage/sulfur. Issues was addressed, temporarily resolved, but reoccurring. Solution: I chose to use the other bathroom instead of complaining once again.
2. Gym remains closed due to Covid.
Suggestion. Open gym during office hours only , limit

We have lived at Crowne Village for most of the last 10 years. Certainly the best of them. It is a wonderful place to live. The staff are all amazing. I have been a tenant at Crowne Village at Swift Creek for 16 months - paid my rent early every month; lived quietly in my unit without disturbing anyone; kept my unit spotless and clean; yet this community did nothing to make… life living here enjoyable or rewarding.
The apartments ARE in a convenient location for food, groceries and freeway access, but beyond that, please explore your options before committing here! The community and staff are NOT friendly and it is NOT a

Great floor plan selection, friendly office staff, quick, friendly, capable response to occasional maintenance requests.

We sold our house and while waiting for our new house to be ready looked for an apartment. We loved the Colony at CenterPointe (at the time called Oxygen), but decided to move into Crowne Village as no first floor was available at the Colony. At first everyone was nice. We kept very little in apartment and ate out majority of times. After a month, I believe, we gave our notice and since we broke the lease, we had to pay additional $2500 plus. However, the final bill had a $16 additional charge for one of four, chrome plate under the top oven coil. Due to office lady, we left it in such a bad shape

I lived in Crowne Village for two years and I cannot say enough good things! Both office and maintenance staff are friendly and approachable. Work orders handled quickly. The outside landscaping is kept up with making it a beautiful place to live! Quiet, lots of natural light, lots of storage for an apartment and safe! I knew I would have a carpet replacement fee due to tears/rips from a dog and the apartment was very reasonable with its charges.. not trying to over charge! Very happy with this apartment and I miss living there!

I've lived here for one month and six to go. For the amount I pay for a three bedroom I would expect a lot more. We've experienced problems every week since we've lived here, some important and some not. The maintenance staff is great and very responsive but I question what they are supposed to fix initially due to cost. I feel that they'll give… you bs excuses until you challenge them that something is wrong (this happened with my air conditioner).
