We're just off the beautiful downtown Healdsburg Plaza serving up the best in artisan sausages, burgers and salads and a terrific and varied beer selection of 16 local beers on tap. Fine wine by the glass or bottle. We are not fast food. To be helpful, our staff will give you the estimated wait time (up to 45 minutes on weekends) when the restaurant is crowded.

Happened to be in Healdsburg and parked near this spot. Looked good so we got lunch here. I got the Sheep Dog and it was fantastic. My wife also enjoyed the provincial pig and the sauerkraut. If you're in Healdsburg and need some food to offset how much wine you're drinking, I highly recommend this place.

Busy little dog joint with beers on tap and a blossoming Greek sandwich choice. Wide array of prepared dogs or just get a plain dog and squeeze/sprinkle toppings from their condiment bar.
Go inside, order, pay and they give you a number placard. They deliver your food to you but you have to get up to go inside to sprinkle on their wide array of condiments, napkins utensils (if you need utensils). Kind of made me wonder how best to tip in a place like this.

Never a disappointment, , my son and I go here quite often, food is great , you get what you pay for , my favorite is the Green Bay Braut hot dog , never disappoints, good flavors, I recently tried the chicken sandwich as a favorite of my son, again huge thumbs up, the Garlic fries wow , this place does not disappoint , I not only give it five stars, I also give it five hearts

I was unaware and apologetic as we ordered at 2:45 and learned from the cashier that they would be closing at 3:00. I offered to cancel the order, but the cashier was so nice and said that it would take them a bit to clean up so we shouldn't worry. She said just don't feel uncomfortable when we start cleaning up around you and I appreciated that level of communication.
I'm so glad she mentioned all that and let us order because dang this was an amazing meal!! It's tough to find a decently priced meal around these parts, so when we wanted some burgers and beer for under $20

It's a fantastic place to visit if you like Bratwurst and Hot dogs. This place also does Burgers that are to die for like the Dallas Burger. This place has Ice Cream....wait for it. You can have your favorite ice cream made into a Milkshake!

I like the Open Floor Plan of the Wurst Restaurant and their Communal Seating.
When I walked in I was greeted by the 3 Ladies working there.
I perused the Menu and ordered the Green-bay Bratwurst Sausage!!!
Fifteen minutes later it was presented to me at my Table.
It was a Picture Perfect Bratwurst Sausage!!!
Smothered In Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Bits !!!!
Every Bite was a Party In my Mouth!!!
Quite an Enjoyable Dawg

Four of us went there yesterday around 1pm and I didn't find any of the issues other reviews have mentioned.
There were only two employees that handled our orders and all was quick and efficient even with a slow but steady flow of customers.
The young lady taking the orders was courteous, the place was clean and there were enough tables inside to keep distanced from others.
Two ordered Brats and two of us ordered Burgers.
The Cheeseburger and garlic fries were nicely cooked, the fry oil was obviously fresh and the Racer 5 beer was fresh tasting so the taps are obviously properly cleaned

Staff Making and Serving food NOT Wearing a mask. Disappointing. Good is good. Watched a middle aged woman- by all guesses the manager, let a teen line cook serve and make food without a mask and never once tell him to put a mask on. Been here for 40-min and the whole time not wearing a mask. Pathetic! Of all places I expect businesses to follow the mask mandate would be restaurants. If this matters to you- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS until the manager/ owner comprehends the importance. Date: Monday 9/20 @ 4:10pm

Excellent food and great atmosphere! This was our first time here and based on our experience it won't be our last. Staff was friendly, prices were good, atmosphere was relaxed and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

On my way back to the Bay Area from Lake County, I developed a real hunger for a Chicago dog (or two) with fries and a soda. Stopped into my favorite hotdog eatery The Wurst. Ordering was quick and really great to see several young folks employed and working hard. Food came out in a short amount of time and I was not disappointed. The fries were so flavorful with just the right amount of saltiness. The Chicago dogs were just awesome! Seriously, what's not to like when you bite into a quality dog topped with onions, tomato's, bright green relish, dill pickle, sport peppers and celery salt

Super cute sausage spot right off the square. We had a hankering fir a dog and this did the trick. Order at counter and eat in the shaded patio.
Had the GreenBay dog which was a brat with grilled onion, sweet pickle and dark hot mustard. Delish topped with a Pilsner. Hubby also enjoyed his brat and root beer.

My friends and I got takeout 2 weeks ago and drove back to San Francisco with it. When we got home not a single item except sweet potato fries was correct. We emailed to let them know of the massive mistake, and no response nor refund. I've been here multiple times in the last few months, it's good food but I recommend checking your takeout order before you leave.

The sausages being served up at The Wurst Restaurant are some of the best I've had. Located along Matheson Street mere footsteps from Healdsburg Plaza, the park that serves as a central gathering spot in downtown Healdsburg. Founded ten years ago by Charles Bell, whose midwestern roots prepared him to open a sausage and beer garden in the heart of Sonoma's wine country, The Wurst recently went through an ownership change in the past few months. But thankfully the quality of the franks has remained high thanks to their continuation of importing their franks from areas known for their quality

Great luxury take on a classic American snack - also a solid selection of local craft brews all quite affordable!
I got the Chicago dog, with stone ground mustard and aioli on the side. Got dang that was a good dog, love the crunchy peppers, tomatoes and everything.
My gf got the veggie hot dog, which IMO was meh, but she liked it.

Loved the beer sausage!! I wasn’t expecting the sour kraut or the grilled onions to have green bell pepper (not a fan) but overall the sausage was great. The sweet potato fries sprinkled with big flaky salt were savory and I would love to get those alone! Also the beer selection was okay, I didn’t count if it was 16 (as their sign says) but it was filled with gems.

This is the Wurst restaurant in Northern California!! (Ha). They heard them all the cashier told me! This is a unique opportunity to find great sausages and the boy teports the bugers were the best. I loved the 8 or so varieties of mustards and relishes. The service was good, the food well prepared and the inside and outside eating areas were very comfortable. Coming back.
