In 1977, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems and in 1987 with a Master's of Science in Taxation (MST).

I wrote a subpar review of The Neal Group and I need to apologize.
I do not like doing my taxes. I never looked at the tax return the Neal Group prepared for me. I was so relieved to have the taxes done and submitted. I'd put the files in a folder and never go back.
This year I looked at the very through and complete package The Neal Group prepared and submitted for me. Thank you!
I then attempted to use Turbo Tax and finally hired someone to complete my taxes. I owed three times as much and paid half of the Neal Groups fee.
I am sorry I was not more involved in my taxes and thank you for taking

It was interesting, this is not a cheap endeavor, so when I sent my first email question after my first tax returns were filed, I was perplexed by the no response. I continued using the client portal which worked flawlessly for the 4 years I worked with the Neal Group. The one email question was never answered to this day. The last two years I requested paper returns. Everything was done correctly and on time; but was very expensive. I do not have complicated returns and there was no accounting for simplicity.

Paul’s Jewelers is a family owned and operated small businesses and when our ‘family’ accountant passed away it was necessary to find someone new. The NEAL Group came highly recommended and we have been with them for about 20 years.
