Love this dentist! My whole family goes to them. They explain everything they do, and they're transparent about what things will cost and what insurance will and won't cover. Making appointments or asking questions by text is super-easy here. (I really prefer that over a phone call, so it's nice to find.) They have also been very flexible and understanding for family members who have anxiety about going to the dentist. Recommend!

The entire staff, from front desk to the dentist was very friendly. Dr. Patel was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. They also made sure to give me all information about what was covered by my insurance so that i wasn’t blindsided by a high bill. The whole office had a great warm energy and I’ll definitely be returning! 10/10 recommend.

I had an overall great experience at Elegant Smiles. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, from the moment that I made the appointment to when I arrived and even after leaving. Dr. Bijal Patel did my routine exam and provided helpful recommendations on how to improve my dental care. My cleaning was comfortable and painless (I have at times previously experienced pain from sensitive gums). I would highly recommend this practice and plan to continue visiting this site for my dental care!

Absolutely one of the most professional, kind, caring, patient and attentive dentists I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredibly personable and welcoming. I am sometimes nervous about sitting in the dentist chair and doctor Patel made things go swiftly, smoothly and even better she made things perfect!!!! My teeth are stunning!!! She has such a perfect eye for every little detail and my smile is certainly worth it.

I was so impressed with my first visit with Dr Patel today! She is amazing. She was so personable and fun to chat with, which made it much easier to relax and go through some tough dental procedures. She was clear with what needed to be done, and gave me all my options, which made my decisions so much easier to make. Her staff is amazing as well! Everyone was so friendly and professionally. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Patel!

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and absolutely love it! Dr. Patel is the best and she sometimes even does my cleanings because she wants to make sure I’m never waiting to be seen. The staff is super friendly and they take really good care of my teeth. They also have easy parking right in front of their office which is really convenient. They also donate a portion or their money to help communities around the world. Would highly recommend Elegant Smiles!

Dr. Patel and Hannah were super amazing! Hannah greeted me and took my X-rays. She explained things that I didn’t know about my X-rays that I thoroughly appreciated. Dr.Patel was so kind and knowledgeable. She took a look at my teeth and gave me a detailed treatment plan that was catered to what I needed and what I was interested in. Definitely by far the best dentist I’ve been to. It’s also SUPER clean! I’ve found my new dentist!

Dr. Patel and her staff have been my favorite dental team thus far. I've always had a great experience visiting the office- everything is clean, staff are in PPE, and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Patel is so kind and does a great job explaining things and answering questions. The office also does a great job communicating with you before your appointment. They have a really convenient texting system that makes it really easy to communicate with the staff.

Didn't get a chance to go. Lady over the phone was very short with me when trying to reschedule my appointment. She said they have a 24-hr cancel policy but allowed me to cancel. Then abruptly said they won't have anything available for the next two weeks. No specific days, nothing. My car is getting an oil change that's taking longer than expected. If she expressed this kindly I could have caught an Uber to my appointment. Overall she just made me feel unwelcome..

I have been a long time patient of Dr Ryo Hosaka- excellent dentist. However he is no longer at this office. Practice does not give out information of new contact info. Only told me he doesn't take any insurance and moved too far away... ummm right, sure! If anyone has any info where dr Ryo Hosaka is, please post! I would love to pay full price!

Not the same since Dr Ryo is leaving the practice. I would have liked to know that I was going to see a different Dr before I came in. Filled out new medical history and they used latex anyway even though I put that I was allergic. It took me a second to figure out why I was having an asthma attack. Who uses latex anymore anyways? Why take med history if you're not going to read it? Unprofessional. I'm not impressed.

Today was my first appointment here and I couldn't have been happier. These are staff who genuinely care. They don't rush. They don't judge. This is a group of people who honestly want to help you achieve the best smile possible. They all were extremely knowledgeable in answering any questions I had, and gave me a lot of insight into what things meant so that I could fully understand different terminology that they were using. I felt extremely welcome and comfortable here and left more confident about my oral hygiene moving forward.

Elegant Smiles may not need any more 5-star reviews, but I still feel compelled to pile on another! I've been coming for approximately two years, and the service from the whole staff is extraordinary.
Your mileage may vary, but my cleanings and dental maintenance have been virtually pain-free. The staff is informative, scheduling and rescheduling is a breeze, and they have a panoramic x-ray machine, as opposed to the abhorrent traditional bitewing style!

Dr. Ryo and his team saw me for a dental emergency within an hour of my initial contact and I was in their office until after closing hours. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional everyone in the office was. I found it tremendously useful to make contact via the chat feature on their mobile app-- a live person responded instantly, listened to my symptoms and instructed me to come in. I was in a lot of pain and worried that something extensive needed to be done, but Dr. Ryo was able to find the source of the problem wasn't as bad as I'd suspected-- he took care of

I get routine cleanings, have had X-rays and had a cavity filled. Everything has always gone smoothly. They take a preventative approach, providing recommendations and tips to keep my teeth healthy.

Dr. Hosaka and his staff really went above and beyond for this past weekend. They were able to fit me in for a toothache, that turned into me needing an emergency root canal.
They were super accommodating and available even when closed over the weekend, to make sure I had the proper medicine and that I wasn't in pain.
Also very willing to work with people who don't have insurance, offering payment plans and discount programs.
Definitely recommend this place and will be making them my new dentist!

I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS, however, I will be going every 6 months (as your supposed to) because of my experience at Elegant Smiles yesterday! When I walked in I felt like I was at home (hints to the cute wall of patients' photos). Miki is the kindess/sweetest receptionist I have ever met. All of my questions and concerns were handled professionally and politely. Ellen, the dental assistant was friendly/funny. While taking my x-rays, she pulled up YouTube and let me listen to one of my favorite singers (Beyoncé).

This is a great dental practice. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I got an appointment promptly, which was great because I *really* needed my teeth cleaned. Dr. Ryo and his assistant, Ellen, were not rushed and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. I've been self-conscious about the color of my teeth, and Dr. Ryo explained how to do the bleaching process so my teeth don't get crazy-making sensitive. This is the BEST Dentist (and staff) I have been to in 50 years. Spotless...kind.. pain free....attentive. Dr Ryo took 90 minutes with me on this first appt...and explained every detail to me...even cleaned my teeth himself. We looked at extensive treatment options....and he offered me a great price.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called in, and once I got there, I was taken care of almost immediately. The office is tasteful and classy-looking. Everyone, from the receptionists to the assistants to the dentist himself, were incredibly friendly. The dentist was not rushed and was happy to talk at length about my dental health. I went to see Dr. Ryo for x-rays and a routine teeth cleaning after getting a flyer in the mail. My whole life I've been going to dentists who are old enough to be my grandpa and it was a nice change to have one that I could relate to. When I got there, the receptionist offered me coffee, tea, etc. The staff was fun and liked to joke around yet did their job professionally. I guess it's worth noting that some in the office can speak Japanese in case you can't manage English (but I guess you wouldn't be reading this if you can't handle English...).

I was referred to this dental office by my friend when I was looking for a new dentist. The front desk girl was able to schedule me right away which was nice.
I needed to get some fillings done and Dr Ryo was very gentle and he explained everthing he was doing while working on me. That really helped me relax because my old dentist didn't do it like that. The assistant was super funny she made me laugh at a dental office! I had such a great experience and I am going to start refering all my friends and family here!
