I really enjoy living here, agreeing with others it's quite spacious and maintance is good. People are friendly. Only thing if your neighbor has children they should be considered of others that live next door. Other than that I love it. We have to move soon and I'm really regretting it. I haven't found anything to compare to Springhill.

POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! MICE inside the walls and falling out of the walls! GROSS!! Applied through the Referral Program and once I completed the required timeframe, they REFUSED to pay the referral bonus. They will say anything to get you to sign the lease...LIARS!! You would think they would be more accommodating to an upstanding tenant like myself that pays my rent on time. Considering there are 2 tenants in my building pending EVICTION! Only been here 2.5 months and I definitely intend to explore elsewhere! One word for this place = AVOID

I won't talk about the rodent problems or how unprofessional their staff are. There are plenty of comments already talking about both of those issues and any potential resident should read through them as that was also my experience for the couple years I lived there. What is far more concerning, however, is their unscrupulous business practices. At the end of our first year they mailed a renewal offer. In order to incentivize our renewal they offered a lower monthly rent for our second year. We decided to stay for a second year. After several months of paying the lower 2nd year rate they sent

The Community and rates are decent. Maintenance also.
What I find curious is that while some are still struggling in the aftermath of the pandemic, especially those that have met their timely financial commitments, are still subject to annual rate increases with renewed contracts. Why? Various State and Federal aid has been provided to individuals and businesses that qualify, but a number of people don't. And the increase in the acceptance of Section 8 vouchers has generated more consistent revenue for property management. So why is/was it really necessary to increase the rates of renewed contracts

I am very happy with this place. This year they have had issues with neighbors that smoke weed and very bad mice issues. But they try and fix the issues. And I have to say both these issues are resolved or are on their way to being resolved. The maintenance people are very very good. Best I have experienced. They come to fix one thing and will repair what ever else they see. They do have an exterminator service that is not very effective. But I am happy here and glad this complex exists in this convenient location.

The apartments are very nice two floors feels like a town house but much nicer .
the maintenance services are very quick and easily to place the request ( normally they will get the service done by next day or 2 days max ) except of course on weekends.
There is a problem with mice and that’s annoying .
They are strict about co-signers and background check which is good and bad at the same time .
I used to live in a one bedroom apartment for 2 years then moved to a two bedroom 2 floor apartment, I checked all around 5 miles area , this was the most private and nice apartments for the price

I have enjoyed living here in my one bedroom apartment. What drew me to this complex is that this apartment has no steps and has a washer and dryer; what keeps me here in addition to these is the quiet. I feel like I am living in the country. I have had rabbits and squirrels in my yard, and have seen deer in the woods less than a block away. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment home.

I hate everything about living here and I can't wait to move. Keep getting pests and the walls are so freaking thin. I can hear my neighbors use the bathroom and talk. I can hear when they take showers and worst of all, my house fills with smoke every time they smoke. We are non smokers and I have 2 young kids. The office staff sucks as well. Save your money and move somewhere else. This place is horrible.
