I have lived here for over a year, after only planning on leasing for a year; the environment, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the quick response to concerns and Most improbably the location convinced me to renew. All the neighbors are respectful and I love the fact of having a trail close by and having a sense of security with fences. It is located in a great location around many retailers and restaurants. The whole complex is dog friendly and my fur-baby loves meeting new friends!

Great location. Great price. Great management. I had to move from Indiana to Texas with only 2 weeks notice. I moved to La Mansion without ever visiting it and feel very grateful to have ended up here. Even though the buildings and appliances are older, having a dog friendly place and amazing service from management more than made up for it. The walking trail was a huge bonus as well.

I moved in mid August from San Antonio and have been very pleased with not just the amenities of the complex, but as well with the staff here. I needed to get a fast move in due to my new career and the staff at La Mansion were able to help me set up my lease, move in, electricity, washer and dryer, etc. all in the same day. I give my thanks to the two Monica's that work there as they were the ones whom I spoke with the most and helped me, as this move was a very new experience for a recent college graduate.
