Told the same BS as all these other people. I hope more people look at these reviews before they purchase from this company. Shame on Groupon for allowing such a company to run a scam on hard working people.

Another Groupon gift card user here. I had to get a refund. Every location I called said they don't accept it.

I found Auto Pro Tech with a Groupon several years ago. I really appreciated their attention to customer service and sensitivity to my budget. I have gone to them for all of my car repairs, and they have always been informative, honest, and affordable. I take the relationship with my auto mechanic very seriously, and these guys live above the standard. They are a little out of the way for me but very worthwhile!

Heard about these guys from a friend, was kind of far from me, but I decided to give it a shot. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable but more importantly honest. They explain why they recommend what they want to do, and I get a price before I agree. (My old shop always had extra charges after) I was out the door in 15 mins.
It's so nice to be able to trust the people I bring my car too. Definitely coming back and worth the drive if you're not in the area. Thanks Auto Pro!

This place sucks! I would give them a zero. if you think of buying of groupon you are warned. Like a lot of people who have reviewed Auto Pro Tech have the same problem, getting a simple appointment is a complete waste of time. They will ask you if its a groupon. It seems you put on a low priority list. First they said they would call me back. NEVER did! then I called back the next day, the lady said they didn't have a mechanic and would give me a call. Never did. Finally, I called one last time, the same person said they would have to call me back. No one ever did! Too much of hassle to

Bought a groupon and wasn't ever able to make an appointment. Called almost every day for the first week and I never got a hold of (apparently) the only guy who can make appointments for everything in the punch card. Don't waste your time

Be Warned! Worst place ever!
It took me 2wks just to make an appoint, but ended up refused.
First, 2weeks ago Thursday 9am I called to make an app, but as soon as he found out that I'm a Groupon customer he was rushing to hang up the call and said he'll call me back on Saturday or Monday. but never got a call back, so I called and then he said they're too busy and gave me 30mins of time window that I can't make then he said think about it and call back. so I did and girl named Amy answer it and said she can't take appt, only Jerry can take the appts and she'll have

I am with Kristy and would give them 0 stars if possible. Reading these reviews , they resonate with my experience with these clowns that call themselves a mechanic shop. My ordeal started with me trying to set up a simple appointment for an oil change. Every time I called the "guy" that had "access"to the computer to make the appointment, he was never there. I finally got lucky and reached him, just to be told to call him back Tuesday which was his next appointment?! Wow.. I was like no.. I have an idea .. its earth shattering..but why don't we make the appointment right

Terrible service bought a groupon deal wasn't able to give me an app days in advance I would have to go in for one service and then he would advise me about the other services I requested. The day I called they didn't even have a mechanic there they had to call me back the next day for an app. Never had such an issue for an oil change.

If i was able to give zero stars, i would. Bought a groupon for $30 and called to make an appointment and it took a couple days to even get an appointment . Go there and there is an $11 charge for this another $11 for the type of car i have which is a 2011 dodge durango. We left after all these extra charges kept coming up. Went to midas for $24.99 no extra fees. Called jerry the manager and he all of a sudden changed the disposal fee from $11 to $3...do not go here. I am contacting groupon to not support this company. It is a scam.

I had bought this Groupon Discount punchcard for $30 and figured it would be a great deal.

First negative complaint was the appointment process. I called to make an apt, which took two days. I then had to call them back just to get a response because they had forgot to call me back. (Smh)
I arrived a week later to my apt and they literally took 1:15 mins for an oil change. And then, I was hit with hidden small print fees that totally negates the discounts because it's not "Free" anymore, as it indicates on the punch-card. I was then told that my filter was a cartridge Oil Filter

Came in for an oil change card package deal I found on Groupon at a great price and was helped by Jared who went ahead and took care of a tire rotation on the same visit as well since he pointed out my tires were a bit worn out.
It is a busy body shop, so you do have to make sure to make an appointment in advance, and not open Saturdays for Groupon deal.
There is a comfortable waiting area with TV and Wifi.
I look forward to the next visit to test out the rest of the offers included with my Groupon deal, and can then update my review.

Went in for an oil change today using a coupon through autocare special. Bought 3 oil changes for $20. However, they ended up charging me $14 at the site because my car isn't "standard". I've never been told this before with any other oil changes. I think these people are dishonest and definitely do not trust them with my car!!! Oh and they refused to take my credit card because they required a $20 minimum. I've heard about a $10 minimum but really a $20 minimum?? What a waste of a coupon but I will definitely not be taking my car back here!

Lounge is nice with snacks and drinks. Use low quality filters and charge extra if you buy the Groupon deal. :(

Very expensive mechanic. Overcharges for services. Owner is not very friendly person. Would not recommend.
