Our office is now open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. River Quarry has implemented the following safety precautions; only 2 visitors are allowed in the office at a time, maintain social distancing by keeping a 6 foot physical distance at all times, and all visitors must wear a face covering in accordance with the CDC standards when entering the office or touring the property.

Lived there many years ago. Terrible experience overall. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Couldn’t get our mailboxes open for weeks, my roommate lost his entire deposit (that he had to put forward because of “lack of credit history”) because of pet damage even though we had professional cleaners clean the place out and numerous people saying it looked fine. They act sweet on the outside but as another reviewer put it, they will skewer you if they get the chance. Good luck at this dump.

The management at River Quarry are super friendly and very straight forward in their leasing process. I love my apartment! I moved into a renovated 1 bedroom unit and it is so nice! I have definitely taken advantage of the pool and spa and their landscaping is on point. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve lived in a 3rd floor 3br/2ba apartment for nearly a year with my children and must say that I absolutely love this home. My unit feels huge compared to my previous apartment. One of the best things about it is the amount of light. Depending on how you count, there are 9 or 14 windows and I love the sunsets visible from my living room. The landscaping is pretty; my kids and I enjoy walking the grounds. My unit was renovated and is relatively modern and tasteful. We have loved living here for the past two years. We would not be leaving if there were 2 bedroom/2bath units on the ground floor. Unfortunately this is not available. Since we have older relatives etc we need to move where there is an elevator to accommodate their visits. The grounds are kept pristine despite the sometimes large groups of geese there are no issues with goose dung etc. Any maintenance needs are taken care of promptly often the next day. The office staff is professional and personal. I agree with whoever said they know your name when you walk in which is amazing since this a good

I'd always dreamed of living near a lake, and lo and behold the River Quarry Apartments have allowed us to do so. The lakeside views, proximity to the Greenbelt and Boise River, the hot tub/pool/gym, the responsive staff, the relatively affordable rent - for Boise, this is about as good as apartment life can be!

River Quarry Apartments is a great property. Safe, clean with very good amenities. The management was super friendly and always responsive. Located on the Green Belt so cycling into central Boise or just running along the wooded river paths is a real bonus for those who appreciate nature. Highly recommended.

I've lived in River Quarry for about 2 months and I love it! I was lucky to get an apartment with view of the lake and the location directly on the Greenbelt (only a 15 minute bike ride to Boise State along the river!) is fantastic. The apartment layout is very beautiful and convenient: big kitchen and many closets, a lot of light, all appliances work well. I've only had very minor maintenance issues, but they were taken care of very quickly. Altogether I couldn't think of a better place to live!

We love living here at the River Quarry apartments! We have lived here since 2014 when we first arrived in Boise and are very happy. We enjoy quite a few conveniences and amenities. We live on the top floor (3rd) and have a balcony (We feel like we live in a tree house!), gas fireplace, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer inside the apartment; we also have an attached shared garage, which is a real plus for us. Some units have carports. There is ample parking within the complex if one has more than one car. The courtyard outside our apartment has well maintained landscaping, as does
