I had a really disappointing experience with Peter representing me on a condo purchase in the summer of 2017. I had to point out material omissions on paperwork that he claimed to have reviewed (sec. 22.1 docs on known HOA anticipated expenditures), in addition to having my mortgage broker increase his fee the day before closing (from what we'd discussed and agreed upon) on my closing docs without notifying me (presumably hoping I wouldn't notice). When I questioned him on it he said something to the effect of, well, I'm notifying you now. I found it to be incredibly unethical. To

I asked Peter to represent me in a Short Sale, and he agreed and said that he was available. After several days of emailing and phone calls, I only received one phone call saying "call me back." After calling him again and emailing him again, several days later his assistant was kind enough to respond saying he is out of the office.
At this point I'm having to frantically search for a new attorney to represent me after Peter decided to, essentially, abandon me and not respond

You cannot trust this man. We hired him to represent us in a RealEstate case and after doing absolutely nothing for us but getting a check, we found out he went behind our backs and represented the developer that we were in litigation with in selling the unit in question in the developer's favor and against us. We have documented proof! Do not trust this man.
