Chapel Hill North Apartments is an incredible community managed by fantastic people. I remembering touring almost two years ago and was struck by the warmth and kindness I received from Ms. Sharonette and the rest of the CHN team. Which, two years later is still truer than ever. CHN boasts a myriad of perks. Chapel Hill North is within walking distance of many shops, gyms, restaurants, and grocery stores. The amenities include a fantastic pool and grill area (which has been a boon in this hot summer heat), a dog park, and a playground. There is also a tranquil and well-kept community garden that

I walked in about 10 minutes until closing and Sharonette Smart was still incredibly accommodating and helpful! She took us on a tour even though it made her work a little overtime and she was such a character! Super polite, funny, and genuine, which made it super easy to talk to her. I toured a loft and I can honestly say that was the highest quality loft I’ve ever had the pleasure of touring. The bedroom was closed in instead of out in the open. All appliances were up to date. Walk in shower with door. You definitely get your money’s worth. The ONLY reason I give this apartment 4 starts instead

I have stayed here for one year and just moved out. The whole experience is perfect! (1) The apartment is indeed a wonderful luxury apartment with all you need in it. The room is nice and my view from my apartment is also beautiful! See picture below. (2) The staffs there are very nice and helpful, especially Sharonette! She was always happy to help with my requests and solved my problem quickly. (3) The around is also nice and safe, you have Harris Teeter and Foodlion to go and many restaurants to try. You can walk and run safely in quiet places around. (4) The apartment office often set events
