Fitspire Fitness offers Personal Training as well as Semi-Private Training. Our program supports all levels of individuals looking to reach their fitness endeavors. Our training systems are designed to maximize performance and help anyone train like an athlete. Our workouts are great for weight loss, building strength and muscle, cross-training for runners, triathlons, youth sports development, and overall fitness improvement.
We also work with athletes to support college and professional off-season lifting programs. Professional guidance, accountability, and motivation. This is the first time I’ve used a personal trainer and Ricky really knows his stuff. He is attentive and really makes sure the form you’re using is correct so you don’t over exert or hurt your body. I’ve gotten amazing results and a breakdown of what I should be eating and what I should avoid. This gym has everything I need and I always leave feeling accomplished, focused, and fit!

He's a great Trainer & is a really nice & honest down to earth person easy to get along with & knows how to push and motivate you
If you are looking to get in shape and want a trainer who can help you with all your goals and he has a fighter circuit too & he actually has been doing Muay Thai for a long time as well
If your in the downtown area hit him up for a class and try it out for yourself
